I really don't have a bad word to say regarding the staff, they were all quite helpful and friendly. My low rating is related to the hotel itself, it's just so run down and is in desperate need of a remodel or refurbish. I was handed a fresh towel at the pool that was covered in bleach stains. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing, there was nothing on offer besides bread, cheese and fruits which was a let down. It was offered at a cheaper price because of this (1.5BD) but maybe taking breakfast orders is better than just offering bread, cheese and fruit. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here, maybe the other Ramada Hotel in Bahrain is nicer.

The bed was not comfortable. They need to change the bedding and the mattress. The mattress is very dry and not comfortable enough to fall asleep easily.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is notably quiet and exceptionally clean. A special commendation goes to the manager, Hamdy, who was highly professional and kind, and graciously approved our request for a 2 PM late check-out. Truly superb service and hospitality.

If you want a hotel with no towels this is the one for you. They also enter your room without knocking which is of course a bonus

The room and facilities are too old, the room was not ready when we checked in, we kept asking to provide basic services each time, the AC was too old and not healthy at all and noisy.

Amazing, cozy place that hasn’t changed its charm since the 90’s.

Stay was comfortable. Restaurant and bar were slightly expensive. The menu options are limited for vegetarians but the staff are extremely accommodating and helpful.

The room is good, cleaned. what’s i didn’t like : the Tv there no Netflix or other streaming. the bathroom is to small and need updating. There is no air freshener like other hotels, but there is no bad small at room and corridors. the Pool was closed for maintenance. the gym is good but need updates equipment.

The room was great and the service impeccable. My main issue is smoking in the bar/restaurant. There is no ventilation and it became chokingly unbearable so I had to leave. A day and a half later and I’m still having respiratory problems. I would not stay here again.

Will not stay there again. Only 1 towel in bathroom and yes I raised it but they didn’t provide any more. No hot water either. very poor for £130 a night! Breakfast was very average.

Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. PERO, el baño estaba sucio y con pelos. No ponen ni toalla para los pies. No cumplió mis expectativas.
