Our stay was excellent. The hotel is notably quiet and exceptionally clean. A special commendation goes to the manager, Hamdy, who was highly professional and kind, and graciously approved our request for a 2 PM late check-out. Truly superb service and hospitality.

the Tv there no Netflix or other streaming.
the bathroom is to small and need updating.
There is no air freshener like other hotels, but there is no bad small at room and corridors.
the Pool was closed for maintenance.

The room was great and the service impeccable. My main issue is smoking in the bar/restaurant. There is no ventilation and it became chokingly unbearable so I had to leave. A day and a half later and I’m still having respiratory problems. I would not stay here again.
