what’s i didn’t like :
the Tv there no Netflix or other streaming.
the bathroom is to small and need updating.
There is no air freshener like other hotels, but there is no bad small at room and corridors.
the Pool was closed for maintenance.
the gym is good but need updates equipment.

The room was great and the service impeccable. My main issue is smoking in the bar/restaurant. There is no ventilation and it became chokingly unbearable so I had to leave. A day and a half later and I’m still having respiratory problems. I would not stay here again.

Will not stay there again. Only 1 towel in bathroom and yes I raised it but they didn’t provide any more. No hot water either. very poor for £130 a night! Breakfast was very average.

Parking is horrible. AC was on, fridge isn’t cold, even though they replaced it twice. Staff was very friendly but hotel isn’t all that nice. Again finding parking in that small lot is impossible.

Very good location - near block 338 with all the restaurants. Front of house staff and manager unfriendly and unhelpful. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable.

Either they do not recognize the Expedia membership status or they simply refuse to recognize it.
I literally went out of my way to stay here for one night to experience Expedia VIP. The experience is a fail. I guess I’ll be staying with the previous hotel.
I have a Platinum status and will not be recommending this hotel for the VIP experience.

Do not stay in this hotel they will overcharge you for everything. 40 American dollars for a small breakfast selection and spa is under maintaining and even charge me for ice. Very bad management you will not be happy. I feel sorry for the workers who have to deal with this management. I feel paying $600 for 2 nights was a scam and when I asked they said because formula 1. So they intentionally 4 times the price because people had no where else to go. You have ruined my experience with Ramada hotels for life. Enjoy the $600 it will be the last money you see from me.
