整體是一般，房間已經很陳舊了，早餐，晚餐自助餐，款式不多，好像主要都是印度食品，有小許中式食品，午餐選擇更小，還好位置是靠海灘，風景可以。

The cleaning service was not very good and staff was not helpful. The prices for food are very high and there is no other restaurant closer to resort. You will have to eat there unless you travel 30-45 mins away. They charge 7 percent for money exchange as well. Basically anything you want nothing is going to come out with some kind of fees.

Parking facile

Diese wunderschöne Hotelanlage ist wunderbar eingerichtet und bietet drei Pools, viel Grün und einen schönen Strand. Das Meer ist einfach fantastisch, mit kristallklarem Wasser, das sich perfekt zum Schnorcheln eignet, obwohl die Strömung manchmal etwas stärker sein kann. Wir waren mit drei weiteren Pärchen im Hotel und hatten All-Inclusive gebucht. Das Angebot war vielfältig und jeder konnte sich gut verpflegen. Man sollte jedoch keine europäischen Standards erwarten, da im Restaurant viele Vögel herumfliegen und sich an nicht weggeräumten Tellern die Reste schmecken lassen, was leider zu einer gewissen Unordnung führt. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit, aber viele Mitarbeiter kamen ihren Aufgaben nicht immer nach, weil der Eindruck entstanden ist, dass es einfach Menschen sind, die diesen Job nie gemacht haben. Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub in diesen zwei Wochen sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten mehrere Ausflüge auf der Insel gemacht und mit den beschriebenen Mängeln sind wir gut klargekommen.

Gewisse Dinge schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war immer freundlich und stets bemüht.

Locations was good, room was clean, but lots of ants and lizards around the rooms, staff were friendly, but lots of restrictions, my daughter came to visit I paid extra charges for few hours, food was included in our package but they charge for water and all other non alcoholic beverages

Very slow service. Poor management.

Hygiene needs improvement, but the staff was responsive and sometimes very attentive. The facilities were good overall, except for the pools, where surface issues may have caused swimmer injuries. The activities and activity staff were excellent, and it’s a great destination for a family vacation.

Notre chambre située au RDC était très pratique proche du restaurant de la piscine et de la plage. Le personnel aux petits soins très sympathique et bienveillant. La pension complète en formule buffet était parfaite avec un grand choix culinaire. Cet hôtel a une magnifique architecture très bien intégrée à une nature luxuriante. Beaucoup d’espace et une grande plage magnifique. Couchers de soleil époustouflants. Plusieurs activités nautiques à disposition et comprises dans l’hébergement.
