The hotel wasn’t that bad. The food was really good. However, it was very inconvenient that the TV and internet didn’t work. So I had to cut my trip short. I wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience but credit on food but since I was leaving I didn’t even get to use it. It’s hard to be out of the country and have to work with no internet so it ruin my trip.

Will be back

Our room was clean and cool. The breakfast buffet was staffed by very kind attendants. The food was basic but tasty. The WiFi did not work for the entirety of our stay(6 nights) And the pool was closed for 2 days. The elevators also had intermittent issues making one unusable. Thankfully it’s a small resort and the stairs worked. Also gated security and guard was nice.

The room and bathroom are big and modern. The rooftop restaurant is a nice space to lime and enjoy a meal or drinks. The pool is very small. Internet service was not available in the rooms for almost the entirety of my stay.

We had a very nice stay. Unfortunately, we could only book one night of our two night stay in Kingston due to availability. R Hotel is definitely better than the alternative we chose for the second night. Very clean, nicely renovated. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Kingston.

Ambiance and Location was very good. Staff was very helpful. Beds were too noisy only issue I had. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The pool is really small and mostly unusable. The gym is basic but works. They didn't have internet working the 2 days I was there.

Everything about this place was perfect

Loved the room. We had a 2 bedroom loft and it was like having a mini apartment. The staff was super friendly and they helped arrange airport transportation. The only thing to watch for is their pool isn’t a traditional pool - more of a lap pool. Wish I knew that before. And you probably wanna get meals offsite - not the traditional flavorful Jamaican cuisine.

The room was comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was exceptional, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my goddaughter’s shoes, which we brought from the USA, went missing from our room during our stay. We reported the incident, but the shoes were never returned. This was very disappointing and left us concerned about the security of our belongings. I hope the hotel will investigate incidents like this and improve its procedures to ensure guests’ property is protected.
