It was my first time at the R hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back again. Shout out to our girl Monique!!! Wooo!

This was our first time to stay at R Hotel, and we'll definitely be back! Where do I start?... It was clean with excellent prompt service for our room (ie. laundry soap, dish soap/new sponge to wash dishes). We used the stackable washer/dryer in our room for the week-long stay! (Lovely to come home and unpack clean clothes!) Our room rate included a full continental breakfast with made to order omelet, juice, porridge, pastries/toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee/tea. There were 3 "hot" units on the buffet with scrambled eggs, meat option, and a rotation of pancakes, hash browns, etc. Open 7-10am daily. There is a menu for lunch/dinner 12-8pm. Kitchen closes 7;30pm. This location is not far from grocery store, Devon House, and Chillin restaurant. Housekeeping is excellent and gives 2 bottles of water daily, as well as coffee/tea. Dishes/glasses/cutlery are in the cupboards. You can request pans. Parking is covered on 2 levels, which is very nice. Smaller vehicles are easier to park due to space. Perhaps the only "negatives" were the very small lap pool on the rooftop level and the short hours due to the restaurant clientele (8am-3pm M-F and 8am-11am Sat/Sun). Well, another "negative" was the nice gym (in basement) with AC not working (but the part has been ordered). Overall, a very wonderful stay, very quiet and clean!

Communication was great with the front desk. When my flight was canceled they were understandable.
