It was my first time at the R hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back again. Shout out to our girl Monique!!! Wooo!

This was our first time to stay at R Hotel, and we'll definitely be back! Where do I start?... It was clean with excellent prompt service for our room (ie. laundry soap, dish soap/new sponge to wash dishes). We used the stackable washer/dryer in our room for the week-long stay! (Lovely to come home and unpack clean clothes!)
Our room rate included a full continental breakfast with made to order omelet, juice, porridge, pastries/toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee/tea. There were 3 "hot" units on the buffet with scrambled eggs, meat option, and a rotation of pancakes, hash browns, etc. Open 7-10am daily. There is a menu for lunch/dinner 12-8pm. Kitchen closes 7;30pm. This location is not far from grocery store, Devon House, and Chillin restaurant.
Housekeeping is excellent and gives 2 bottles of water daily, as well as coffee/tea. Dishes/glasses/cutlery are in the cupboards. You can request pans.
Parking is covered on 2 levels, which is very nice. Smaller vehicles are easier to park due to space.
Perhaps the only "negatives" were the very small lap pool on the rooftop level and the short hours due to the restaurant clientele (8am-3pm M-F and 8am-11am Sat/Sun). Well, another "negative" was the nice gym (in basement) with AC not working (but the part has been ordered).
Overall, a very wonderful stay, very quiet and clean!

La propiedad no informa sobre que hay que dejar un deposito de 100 dolares. El aerea del desayuno con la piscina siempre estuvo muy mojada ya que la piscina está muy cerca el restaurante. Pedimos una habitación para 3 personas y siempre pusieron toallas para dos, se lo hicimos saber a la recepcionista y a las 2 días cuando nos llevaron toallas solo fueron toallas para la cara. Fue muy incomodo. Para el tipo de atención que esperábamos por el precio, nos parecio muy mala. Tarifa excesiva para el tipo de alojamiento que ofrecen muy baja categoría.
La ubicación del lugar es muy práctica si vas por trabajo.

Nice clean property but could in good location.
The driveway around hotel is extremely narrow with some tight turns so be careful if you drive a bigger vehicle or pick another hotel.
Its extremely easy to damage your vehicle
When we checked in they were only able to give 1 key card because they didn't have enough. This was very inconvenient for 2 people
