Safe! Great staff and great food on the rooftop restaurant

No official airport transfer was mentioned by another guest. However, they can arrange a taxi for the airport trip. The pool is small rectangular shaped. Mainly if you want to walk. The restaurant is on the roof top with the pool in the middle. There is a bar. Nice view of the city with a breeze.

Poor breakfast, the front desk person disappeared when I got there and showed up only after 10 minutes… location is reasonable but not worth the price

An absolute paradise—one of Jamaica's best!I absolutely loved my stay here! It is easily one of the best hotels I have ever experienced in Jamaica. The staff went above and beyond, the food was absolutely amazing, and the rooftop lounge offered breathtaking views. I am already planning my next trip back to Jamaica, and I will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the R hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the authentic Jamaican breakfast, very tasty. The hotel is also a good location in Kingston. It's near Devon House and was near enough to the other places we needed to go.

Must stay at this hotel was exemplary. I would like to mention that I think that they should redo the carpet at least on the second floor that was the floor I was on because there’s bleach stains and it’s little unappealing when you’re walking down the hall to your room, but the room, immaculate beautiful I love the amenities the restaurant one of the best I’ve had at hotel food and drinks were superb and I would definitely recommend and stay there again on my next visit. The staff was wonderful very helpful. Shout out to the restaurant manager Gregory and my two favorite bartenders Anthony and Glenville.

The stay at the R-Hotel was amazing, staff went above and beyond for myself and my family. The breakfast was just the BEST and the views added that wow factor

The hotel overall was clean, and the room itself was tidy and well-maintained. However, there were several inconveniences that affected the stay. The bathtub did not have a shower curtain, which caused water to splash out onto the floor during showers, creating a mess. While the room did include an iron, there was no ironing board available, and there was also no hair dryer provided. The bed was too low, no quilt on bed to make you comfortable when the room got cold, you had to push up ac then it was uncomfortable being hot. Additionally, the telephone in the room was not working, which meant I had to walk down to the front desk whenever I needed assistance. The food at the restaurant was very good. While cleanliness was a positive, the lack of basic amenities and functional equipment made the stay less comfortable than expected.
