Väldigt hög kriminalitet direkt utanför. Slitna rum. Men välstädat. Torftig frukost, med oengagerade frukost värdar. Bra terrass med pool och solsängar.

Tolle, große Zimmer. Sehr zentral. Schöner Pool (allerdings nicht zum schwimmen) super Frühstück und nette Terrasse. Personal leider nicht besonders herzlich.

The room was alright but the shower towels in the bathroom smelled funny and one appeared dirty. I asked the front desk for another towel and he said “no. Tomorrow morning.” Overall the staff was not welcoming or nice.

Fint turisthotel nær hovedbanen. Fint med solterresse. Ok morgenmad. Super service fra reception. En ung tjener var noget arrogant. Området er meget beskidt og nedslidt men virker sikkert

Flott hotell nær togstasjon. Rommet og badet var stort og rent! Utrolig flott takterrasse som vi benyttet oss av. Frokosten var bra!

Beautiful hotel in downtown section of the city. Local area a bustling part of town with a wide cross-section of humanity. Very similar to lower east side of Manhattan. Front desk clerk Giovanni was excellent. Incredible full breakfast

Das Zimmer und das Hotel sind sehr sauber, das Frühstück ist gut, aber es könnte die Auswahl besser und gesünder sein. Es gibt viele Fertigprodukte und auch die Scrambled Eggs sind nur ein Produkt aus einem Pulver. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar sehr praktisch direkt am Bahnhof gelegen, aber die Gegend ist ziemlich spooky und vor allem in der Nacht unheimlich. In der Nacht ist es in den Straßen in der Nähe des Hotels ziemlich laut, zum Beispiel kommt die Müllabfuhr mitten in der Nacht zwischen zwei und drei in der Früh, was den Schlaf stören kann. Leider funktioniert das Wi-Fi im Hotel nur sehr schlecht, auch unser TV Gerät hatte keine Internetverbindung und somit konnten wir Netflix nicht streamen. Das sollte in einem Viersternehotel heutzutage kein Thema mehr sein. Auch eine Verbindung mit unserem Handy oder iPad war dadurch nicht möglich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel gut aber es gibt ein paar Defizite, dafür ist es preislich für ein Viersternehotel günstig.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was wonderful! The location/area, although convenient to metro/ train was not safe. We felt very uncomfortable walking in this area

Para nada insonorizado. Parecía tener los coches al lado de la cama (estábamos en 2a planta). Y los camiones de la basura de las 430 hasta las 600 am han dificultado el descanso.

As a diabetic and vegetarian, the selection at breakfast was too limited. We assumed the hotel was non-smoking, but the smell of smoke was noticeable in the hallway and sometimes also in the room.
