一开始看其他评价说这家入住前要发你id和自己合照觉得不放心，但是当时也找不到其他的了。住进去之后其实发现各方面条件还是挺好的，房间里其实垃圾袋杯子卫生纸啥都有多翻翻柜子就能找到不用自己买，客服邮箱联系一般两小时之内也能回复。退租之后押金差不多十天给我退回来一分不少，地理位置还是挺方便的出门就是街车车站去union station很方便，整体还是很推荐

Going through Expedia it specifically states to not click links that take you to make outside payment and when it came to giving a down payment was exactly that. A link that was masked by Expedia’s messaging system which I had to go to support to find out if it was legitimate and if I should use it. Then when I got there the communication for parking was very convoluted and I had to call 3 times to get the appropriate code and it took over an hour to resolve. Otherwise the space was clean, and suited my needs.

During the stay there the heater is kinda okay. After our stay they emailed us that they will not return the deposit because of the stain in the blanket. I asked which bed was it because we brought our own linens for personal reasons. And asked what kind if stain was it because the picture they attached to the email looks lime just water. They did not answer my email. Do not appreciated it

A very easy and comfortable stay. The apartment had everything we needed.

We booked a two queen size beds unit. We were cancelled not even 24 hours and provided with other options. When we arrived we found 1 bed and 1 sofa bed that was non functional. We contacted the owners and were told that the room met the description details. 2 women slept on the floor due to this! Apartment was dusty and unkept and overall customer service was deplorable! Do not recommend!
