一开始看其他评价说这家入住前要发你id和自己合照觉得不放心，但是当时也找不到其他的了。住进去之后其实发现各方面条件还是挺好的，房间里其实垃圾袋杯子卫生纸啥都有多翻翻柜子就能找到不用自己买，客服邮箱联系一般两小时之内也能回复。退租之后押金差不多十天给我退回来一分不少，地理位置还是挺方便的出门就是街车车站去union station很方便，整体还是很推荐

The reviews about the convoluted check-in process are very true. It's very annoying, even when you know to expect it. The unit was perfectly fine and had good amenities except the air conditioning did not work at all and it was 74 degrees and stuffy my whole stay. There is no fan to help either. The wifi also went out on my last day and the cell service in the area is really bad. Decent for a quick stay, if you don't mind it hot and are not desperate for the internet

The apartment was okay, it had everything you need for your stay, but we experienced difficulties to check in, the code to get the key wasn't working, I tried to contact the host, it took at least 35 minutes before they picked up the call and they finally activated the code. The WiFi didn't work during our entire stay, so no internet l, TV, Netflix, etc. We found some garbage in the bedroom. In general it was an okay experience but it could be better.

My stay at Fort York Suites was extremely disappointing. I traveled to Toronto with a friend for a music festival, and while the location was excellent—within walking distance of the venue, the CN Tower, and Liberty Village—that was the only positive aspect of the experience. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. There is no front desk or on-site staff, and international travelers must complete several pre-check-in requirements that were never clearly communicated during booking. As a result, it took us nearly 90 minutes to gain access to our suite. Once inside, we discovered the air conditioning was not working. Despite being turned on, the room remained around 80°F throughout our stay. I contacted management immediately, but instead of fixing the issue, they simply emailed instructions on how to operate the thermostat. The AC was clearly broken, and no effort was made to resolve it. The bathtub was also dirty upon arrival. For the price paid, the lack of cleanliness, communication, and customer support was unacceptable. I also contacted Expedia multiple times seeking assistance and a partial refund. The property management company eventually stopped responding altogether, while Expedia repeatedly advised me to wait for a response that never came. Overall, this was a frustrating experience that I would not recommend.

Clean Rooms, lots of space, great location

We did not receive the correct directions for parking our car. The communication was terrible, and when we settled in, we discovered that the sofa bed was broken, the laminate flooring was lifting, and the tap water was hot. The owner did not respond until we escalated the issue to Hotels.com. We didn’t receive a full refund either. We paid for two nights but left after the first night due to safety concerns.

Check in assez compliqué, à part cela tout était très bien et le logement est bien situé.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay very much! We were 2 people & our Boston Terrier dog. The place was VERY clean, comfortable and smelled so good. Even though we brought our own towels and extra kitchen stuff, it was well stocked with everything needed if we hadn't brought extras. Towels, blankets, herbs n spices, dishes, cups, tea, mugs, plates, utensils and the most important * perk coffee maker* toiletries etc... I was very impressed at how dog friendly it was. Great view from the balcony to the park across the street. To the right a city view and CN tower. Beautiful at night. Really enjoyed sitting out on the big balcony engoying the scenery and relaxing. So many people walking dogs and fun for my dog to make friends on our walks and in and around the area. The lobby even has a poop bag dispenser! You'd never be able to tell dogs had been in the building. Everywhere, lobby, halls, elevator, apartment were so clean. Welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Unfortunatly the hot tub wasn't working during our stay, but the gym & pool area were very nice. I'd definitly stay at the Fort York Suites again! Although check in was easy, I would have rather had the room key & garage fob accessed at the same pick up point in the lobby entrance. Had to get the room key, head up to the room to get the garage fob, then back down to the car. Thankfully no issues with parking in front while I did so. Same for returning the fob, had to head back up before room key return in lobby box.

We loved this stay!! I was a bit upset with the check in process at first, but it was my own fault. If you are booking here, they will send out a form to fill out prior to check in. Unfortunately I didn't see them, but once I contacted the host it was smooth sailing and they were very responsive. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. The location was not far from most attractions downtown, about an 18 minute walk. There are also stores nearby for groceries which was super nice. There is also an onsite playground where my LO loved to play. The pool was wonderful!! We basically had it to ourselves. The hot tub was lackluster but we didn't go for that so didn't affect our stay. All in all, I highly recommend!

The check in procedure was terrible as the communication with the property management company was at times non existent. We asked for a late check out and were told we’d get an email whether approved or not. No email came. The apartment was extremely small equipped with a Murphy bed. The temperature was difficult to regulate and it wasn’t even summer yet. Good luck to whoever stays there in July.
