My first time there was very stressful and took very long to check in due to not receiving email on how to check in

It's has awesome views of the city. The location is fantastic. Walkable to Budweiser stage and Liberty village for a Toronto vibe. Grab a bite there, on a patio before the concert. We would stay again.

Hotels.com made the reservation itself simple, but what came afterwards with the company (Globalstay) was an absolute mess. First of all, the reservation is completely NR . Second of all, Globalstay required that I provide a picture of my identification, a selfie of me holding my identification, a picture of the other guest’s identification, and a deposit payable via PP, all before they provide the check-in instructions, which only came 2 days before our stay. Not only was this an odd and complicated process, but it did not leave me feeling good about it. Reviews from other sites reported several issues/complaints about this process. The room and the stay itself were fine. The place was decent for the price and we had no complaints there. We took several pictures of the room as we walked in and again before we left, to be on the safe side. However, a day or two after our stay, I received an email saying that some money would be deducted from my deposit because of “2 missing decorative pillow cases”. We never touched any decorative pillow cases, so I was very confused. I emailed them back to ask for details and they didn’t reply for 2 days, despite having previously being very fast with replies. I finally got an email indicating it was a mistake and the cleaning crew found the pillow cases, but it was still a very frustrating experience, especially since other reviewers stated issues with receiving their deposit back.

Ne jamais faire affaire avec GLOBALSTAY, si vous voulez des problèmes. Ils ont pris mon argent et ont loué à quelqu’un d’autre, sans possibilité de me reloger ou rembourser. It was a nice place to stay for me and my guests. The sofa pullout was broken but it wasn’t a huge deal because there were 3 queen beds

Very convenient location. It was clean and quiet and check in was simple. Our only complaint was that there was no parking left and we ended up paying a lot for off site overnight parking.

do not stay with global stay. the check in process was extremely long and delayed. the room was filthy like unwashed bed sheets, the apartment was not vacuumed the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and sheets and towels were still in washer. items broken in hotel upon arrival. overall we had a roof over our heads for the night but for the price it was not at all worth it

I had a really disappointing experience with this hotel. First off, they don’t even have a real person to help you—everything is done through a virtual chat agent, which is incredibly frustrating. What should’ve been a simple check-in turned into a stressful maze of emails, calls, and waiting around for replies. To make things worse, they don’t take regular payments. You’re expected to pay through PayPal or some other third-party platform, which feels sketchy and unprofessional for a hotel. It’s like you’re solving a puzzle just to stay the night. Their booking system is overly complicated, and it took way too much time and mental energy just to confirm a reservation. Overall, the whole process left me stressed and annoyed before I even arrived. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Overnight in Toronto for a concert at the Budweiser stage and found this neat condo on hotels- served us well.

Air conditioning did not work. Extremely hot inside the condo and barely livable. Asked GLOBALSTAY to report the issue and they wanted a photo of the unit prior to sending someone to look at it. I was unable To provide a photo right away and they never sent anyone. Terrible experience and unsafe condo with no AC.

Nice property within walking distance of Liberty Village and Enercare Center. Not your traditional hotel check-in but amazing customer service

The communication with staff was very dry prompt and all inquiries were resolved in a timely manner.

Their check in emails went to spam and they What's App'd me like spam asking for a deposit. They should handle that through Expedia. There was no shampoo or soap for the shower and when I told them they sort of said oh well. They should have Zelled me money to buy shampoo and soap or get somebody up to fill the empty canisters. I did love the location of the property.

The property was nice. Enjoyed the stay. Global Stay has too many rules for the money they charge. Two people, one key, so one person was always locked out until other party arrived from daily activities. I will use a hotel instead. Plus issues checking in. No one to assist at property. They are apartments in a residential building. Laundry left in washing machine, that I rewashed and folded so I could use the machine. SMH.
