We had a 3 night stay, room was clean and check in was easy. The issues seemed to start there, there wasn’t any hand soap in the room so on our way out we stopped by reception to ask for some. Got so much attitude from a staff member for the simple request of hand soap, they acted like they did not know what that was and offered a pump of their hand sanitizer. Eventually sent up to our room more body wash and face soap. Bought our own hand soap. The area around the property is not safe, a lot of very scary seeming people hang around all the time and approach you asking for money as you leave the hotel. For the 4 days we were there they only cleaned our room once on the third day. We were out from morning to night so it seems they just don’t clean daily. Called several times to get room cleaned, would be told someone would come and then no one ever did. When calling to get towels replaced, it always took at least an hour and second phone call. Overall bad service, don’t clean rooms and unsafe area.

I recommend this hotel, its clean and modern, the room is a good size and the complimentary breakfast is quite good.

It's location was perfect, close to the sites we were interested in. The Guest services personnel was amazing, we got there really early in the morning about 8 am and they were quite accommodating and we were given our ready room. I would stay there again.

We had to wait to get our assigned rooms for over an hour and a half after the standard 3:00 pm check in time . It was not pleasant for me and my family after a long travel to wait at the hotel lobby. Additionally during the breakfast time it was a huge rush , there was no space to sit and have your food. The guests were standing on top of each other to get a place to sit. Additionally food runs out quickly, so you have really rush yourself. The hotel needs to have a better system to manage the breakfast hours. Location is good , very close to Old Montreal area . The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom doors don’t have any locks so if you are travelling with family you have to be mindful.

Overall the hotel is good.Very comfortable bed.Breakfast place is overcrowded and dirty.Limited parking spaces.

had a good stay

We stayed for 3 nights 4 days in this hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean. Walkable to lots of restaurants, mall, and Sightseeing places! There are lots of construction going on around though. But overall we had a great stay!

A complimentary water bottle with the room would hav been nice!!!

Property was really close to public transit and train stations. It was easy to get around the city and tourist spots were within walking distance. We liked that the hotel is near Chinatown and the neighborhood was very charming in the daytime. My only gripe was that we would hear random noises (thuds, thumps) in our room during the night. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and staff was very friendly.

Could walk to everywhere we planned to visit on our trip. Old Montreal, Chinatown, Sainte-Catherine Street, the underground city, and lots more. Metro station 5 minute walk from hotel although we did not use it

The pros: Great location very close and walkable to convention centre, metro (subway) and Old Montreal attractions. Room and hotel are modern and clean. Buffet breakfast is great and offers a wide variety of options. The cons: Not as kid friendly as we had hoped. Staff was not very accommodating when my husband had issues checking in - it took 2 hours for him to find a solution which they should have offered right away. I hope it wasn’t because of my husbands ethnicity. Once I arrived with our two small kids we had very little options for dining, takeout options only. I called down to desk for disposable utensils and was told they would bring some to the room, never did. Parking costs are very high at $35 per day. I forgot deodorant so bought some from the concession and it had expired 2 years ago - staff kindly refunded me for that. Worth the location if you can find a deal on rates and want to spend time in Old Montreal
