This has been an extremely unacceptable and distressing accommodation experience. I made a reservation for a 7-night stay, yet on the morning of the second day I was forced to check out and cancel the entire booking. To date, I have still not received any refund for the unused nights. This level of service and handling is completely unacceptable, and I have never encountered such an unprofessional situation before. I request that you process my full refund immediately and provide an explanation for this disruption.

Very clean and quiet environment. Service offered is acceptable!

Perfect location and convenience. The AC in the room seems to old, the noise from the AC might keep you awake at night. The rest are all fine. The service and the connection to all attractions could be one of the best in town

Hotel is next to a bar where there are alot of non hotel guests in the lobby. House keeping forget to put towels in our room.

This Hotel is in a great location and you can walk to many places down town quickly. Great staff and fresh hot coffee 24/7. Bed were great and i slept great. The breakfast was amazing. They even had bacon!!!

Washer/dryers don't take coin. Have to download an app to use.

The hot tub was dirty but provided great views of the city! I don’t think it’s listed but there is both a pool AND hot tub! Gym is fantastic, renovated, clean and spacious! The room was okay, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave were standard. The main lobby and breakfast lounge is new and beautiful! Breakfast is good, provides a good range of food, standard. Go early since it gets very busy closer to closing time, and they were very short staffed (running out of certain food items !). Overall not a huge deal. Everything about this stay is okay, nothing terrible, nothing too amazing. It’s a fantastic location- walking distance to tourist areas such as the old port, and surrounding restaurants and shops. Most attractions are within walking distance or very close drive away. The location is the best part of the hotel.

All was good. Asked at breakfast for gluten free options as i have 2 kids with celiac- they had GF bread stored separately and heated in the oven and not in the toaster with all the regular bread which was great! and things like yogurt/fruit. Would be great to see more gluten free options available :) Pool and hot tub were great, small pool but wasn't busy so it was fun for the kids. Hot tub is a great size. The location (rooftop) was amazing!

The hotel is 10/10 location Literally couldn’t be more perfect and close walking distance to everything ! Hotel breakfast is one of the best we have seen House keeping was 1/10 The worst I have seen: shampoo and conditioner bottles empty Never replaced toilet paper or gave new towels ever. Didn’t clean the room at all They would take the garbage But leave the lids off and anything else a mess for you to do Constantly had to call the front desk to get the basics Staff at front desk was polite and nice They don’t offer to do anything to make it better or make up for the room situation

Good location, nice hotel for couples and families. Pool area was a bit chaotic but nice to have an area to lounge and enjoy the sun.

10/10 for the vacation stay

Stayed for a weekend, the hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I figured it would be a budget hotel based on the pricing. But the room was quite nice and was impressed with the kitchen. The roof top pool/terrace was a really nice place to hang out. The gym was much larger and well equipped than I expected. The included buffet breakfast was great. Never went but the rooftop patio looked really happening. Location was perfect. Easy walk to the old port. We also had scooters and this was the perfect spot to set off to depart further north into Montreal. Would easily stay there again.

Loved the room. Was upgraded and very modern. Had a corner unit. The staff amazing. Breakfast was yum. Amazing location to the port that is easily walked to. Parking is $32 a night with in and out. Would stay again.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and had a small fridge. unfortunately the air con was very loud and we ended up not using it. The breakfast was one of the best we have had, lots of choices available. The hotel is by the China town entrance. The area leading to the port appears somewhat shady with drug addicts lining the street. We were not bothered and felt relatively safe.

Staff was excellent and very helpful
