This has been an extremely unacceptable and distressing accommodation experience. I made a reservation for a 7-night stay, yet on the morning of the second day I was forced to check out and cancel the entire booking. To date, I have still not received any refund for the unused nights. This level of service and handling is completely unacceptable, and I have never encountered such an unprofessional situation before. I request that you process my full refund immediately and provide an explanation for this disruption.

Very clean and quiet environment. Service offered is acceptable!

Perfect location and convenience. The AC in the room seems to old, the noise from the AC might keep you awake at night. The rest are all fine. The service and the connection to all attractions could be one of the best in town

Hotel is next to a bar where there are alot of non hotel guests in the lobby. House keeping forget to put towels in our room.

Bottled water was too expensive, everything else is perfect

The room was impeccably clean, with a lovely view of the street. The front desk staff were outstanding. Dining at the restaurant was great, both the food and the ambiance were excellent, and we enjoyed both dinner there.

Hotel muitíssimo bem localizado, apenas um quarteirão do Metro Praca das Armase dez minutos a pé do Old Montrreal. ( Roda Gigante ) Hotel muito confortável, atendentes educadíssimos e muito limpo. O café da manhã é bom mas como outras pessoas já tinham comentado, vou reforçar aqui. Não sei se é a disposição do Buffet que junto com muitas pessoas de várias culturas diferentes ao mesmo tempo, tornam esse local muito lotado e de certa forma parecer bagunçado ( mas não é ) Desde a fila para pegar talhares e depois se servir dos pães, acaba virando um gargalo pois muitos querem " preparar " ou cortar seus paes ali mesmo,ou aquecendo no forninho, isso faz a fila ficar enorme e esse " trânsito " de quem só quer pegar um simples pão e sair um pouco complicado. No geral o Hotel é fantástico, está num bairro " chinês " e pode reservar de olho fechado. Sugestão é tomar o café antes das 9:00 hs e um pouco depois.

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location between the old city and modern shopping/entertainment areas. The hotel staff are efficient and helpful. The breakfast was good, but the seating area is limited and filled up quickly. One concern: in these times of increasing environmental awareness, we were surprised that our towels and barely-touched bars of soap disappeared every day to be replaced with new ones, though our towels were hung up and the soap left in the provided soap holder. There is no need for this, and it's unnecessarily wasteful. A hotel at this level should know and do better!

1. The room lighting was quite dim, which made it difficult to do things like applying make up. We had to do our make up in the bathroom where the lighting was brighter. 2. The view from the room was disappointing and not what we expected. This was my second time to stay in this hotel. I liked the first one. 3. It would be helpful if basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste were placed in the room before we check-in, as we had to contact reception to get them. 4. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned. The housekeeper knocked to ask if we needed service, and we said yea but we were still getting ready for dinner at that time. Due to language barrier, he asked to use google translate, which we did. We agreed that he would return at 4:30pm to clean the room or at least take out the garbage. However, when we returned to the hotel, the room had not been cleaned and the garbage was still there. We contacted the receptionist to report the issue and only then learned that housekeeping service ends at 5:00pm. I’m really disappointed about this and it happened on my birthday!
