I’m very unsatisfied with the overall experience in this hotel.

シービューを予約しましたが、目の前にビルがあり部分的にしか眺望を楽しめず、相談したところ他の部屋を複数案内して頂きました。結果的には当初の部屋のままにしましたが、こちらの意に沿うように奮闘してくれたレセプションのスタッフ、Paulo, Alexに感謝しています。 また飛行機の予約トラブルに親身に対応してくれたコンシェルジュのAlemao, フレンドリーに接してくれたウェイトレスのKarenのおかげでリマの滞在が思い出深いものになりました。

Fabulous hotel in great location, just a few blocks back from the malecon. Really beautiful hotel . My room was fabulous . The spa was excellent. Thank you Mardeli for the amazing massage. The hotels as nice as the photos look and the roof top restaurant and tapas were a highlight.

Amazing stay! The staff are so lovely, got a hot towel and welcome drink on arrival. Very easy check in and an informative tour on the way to my room. Room was lovely, clean and very spacious. Rooftop pool was stunning and so warm! Close to beachfront and Kennedy Park.

The hotel was excellent in every way. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with every amenity provided. Room service was also excellent. All of the staff were top-notch and provided professional, courteous and thoughtful service. The location was also good. A perfect stay!

Bien situé, bonne prestation, chambre propre. Restaurant très bon. Mériterait un eu moins de Clim car il y fait froid dans les restaurants, spa… et une deco plus appuyée et personnalisée dans les chambres.

Clean room, comfortable bed, environment friendly, great breakfast buffet, good location.

Wonderful staff and, of course, Miraflores is a terrific neighborhood in Lima. We had an Ocean view and the sunsets were spectacular. The kindness and generosity of the staff, and the Lima Peruvians was out of this world.

Staff was very attentive and the area is very nice. Hotel it’s self was very clean and modern. Upstairs rooftop has beautiful views and the food and drinks were very good.
