A really lovely hotel, right in the middle of some amazing restaurants.

The location of this hotel is perfect? For everything that you might want to do on a short trip, from shopping to clubbing to sightseeing tours you are literally a few minutes walk from everywhere. And the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, I was welcomed by a wonderful lady on the reception call Sam who gave me so much information about the hotel and location attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 and the junior suite looked just like the website very stylish!!!

Lovely room staff lovely shops bars nearby - great that get room service but breakfast not great burnt dont know if it was at the end of breakfast time.

Room was clean, very spacious room and bathroom. The cooked Breakfast was ok but sausages weren't nice. Great location from James Street station. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby

Room, poor lighting, dirty mirror,bed base too big for mattress, my husband gashed his leg drew blood needed dressing. Breakfast was very dry and over cooked, seemed warmed up. Would not stay again

Very well located close to parking, shops, bars, cafes and all major attractions. I booked the 'Junior Suite', it was spacious, well equipped and clean

Everything was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for anything you would want while you were on a short break in Liverpool.

Room was huge and very clean. Nice to have a seating area and plenty of space. Staff in the desk were friendly and helpful overall a lovely stay. Would definitely book again.
