Our room was large and clean. The breakfast was a bit thin, but it was the end of our trip so we were fine with it. The hotel in inside the old walls and very cool. Easy to walk to everything and a great experience.

Lovely property in great location. Really enjoyed our stay closer to all the attractions. Nicely updated while in a historic building. Parking on site a big plus!

Great location. Easy paid parking. Great breakfast. Lovely room with comfortable bed. Only slight complaint would be that AC wasn't great so room was too warm at night.

Wunderschön mit viel Liebe zum Detail restaurierter und modernisierte Palast, nur zwei Gehminuten von der Kathedrale entfernt. Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit Blick auf die berühmte Altstadtmauer. Besonderer Pluspunkt ist der eigene großzügige Parkplatz

Very clean room with massive bed. Nice selection of pod coffees in the room. Towels were soft and very large. Beautiful setting of the hotel, literally built against the old walls.

Very beautiful hotel. Our suite was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the Sofraga Palacio was within walking distance to the attractions in Ávila. I would highly recommend this property and stay here again.

Mooie ruime kamer, zeer sti. Goede ligging, dichtbij de stadswallen en op 5 minuten van de historische stadskern. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt.

La habitación estaba cuidada muy limpia y la estética era una mezcla de moderno con antuguo que reconfortaba. El personal y el servicio que dieron fue a la altura del hotel.

La habitación impecable muy bonita y moderna, nos hubiera gustado mas espacio para el equipaje. Los restaurantes 10/10
