Muy abuen hotel

This is a beautiful hotel built into the huge stone walls of Ávila. We were on our second visit here and it was even better as we had a room with the lovely fresh and health breakfast. Every staff member we met was friendly and very professional making our stay great. The parking is good easy to get to private onsite and open air, great for an suv driver. We love this hotel see you again next year.

we paid extra for parking next to the hotel, and that was good as it was convenient. lovely building in a lovely setting, just inside the walls. Amazing place, with very good breakfast and nice room.

hotel muito lindo, nos ajudaram muito com check in antecipado, dentro das lindas muralhas, poucas opcoes no cafe da manha e atendimento pouco atencioso no restaurante

Erittäin hieno hotelli vanhan kaupungin laidalla. Olimme varanneet sviitin, joka oli yksi hienoimmista majoituksista, joita olemme kokeneet. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja huomaavaista. Aamiainen ja illalliset olivat huippuluokkaa. Erittäin suositeltava hotelli!

Check in staff was wonderful. Hotel room clean and bed comfortable. Property is very pretty.

Vorig jaar waren we hier ook. Een heerlijke plek en een fijn hotel met een ruime kamer. We vonden het ontbijt niet te vergelijken met vorig jaar. Weinig variatie in brood. Vorig jaar kon je a la carte bestellen. Restaurant voor diner was weer top. Vriendelijk personeel.

Preciosa ubicación dentro de la muralla, la renovación y decoración de primera y muy buen gusto Todos los servicios de comida de excelente calidad De este hotel todo me pareció muy bien No dejen de visitarlo Cuenta con estacionamiento de paga pero ahí mismo

Que hotel!!! La mejor elección de todo nuestro viaje. Dormir en una habitación preciosa, cómoda, moderna, impecable, con la muralla abrazándonos. Increíble que nuestras paredes sean la fortaleza que protegió a Ávila y sigue imponiéndose con su belleza y perfecto estado. El Hotel también tiene un restaurante con cocina de primer nivel. Esperamos un tiempo considerable por un arroz delicioso. Quiero hacer mención que en front desk nos atendieron maravillosamente dándonos un poco de historia del lugar y advirtiéndonos que a lo largo de nuestra estancia quizás pudiéramos encontrar residuos de la muralla por que se desprenden minúsculas partículas de la piedra y sí que encontramos “unas migajitas en la cama” al despertar y nos encantó tener un poco de vestigios de historia. Felices de habernos hospedado en el mejor hotel de Ávila. La casa de mi hermosisisima y queridísima Santa Teresa de Jesús.

L’hôtel est très bien situé , permettant ainsi de faire toutes les visites à pied. Le personnel est convivial et a répondu à toutes nos demandes. La chambre était propre et correspondait à la description présentée. Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais un peu limité dans le choix des viennoiseries

this hotel was very nice ,rustic room with modern upgrades .I would highly recommend it to anyone

O local é excelente em todos os sentidos, o prédio lindo e decoração de bom gosto. Péssima opção de travesseiros, vaza água para fora do box do banheiro, acredito que a equipe não tem gerência.
