Very nice hotel, delicious food, helpful staff, good location

Dès l'arrivée, on est saisi par la beauté du lieu — moderne, luxueux, impeccablement entretenu, avec une vue sur l'Atlantique à couper le souffle. L'hôtel est neuf, d'une propreté irréprochable, et chaque détail témoigne d'un soin particulier apporté à l'expérience client. Le petit-déjeuner mérite une mention spéciale : buffet généreux, varié, de qualité, servi dans un cadre magnifique. Un vrai moment de plaisir chaque matin. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence ici, c'est l'équipe. Le service est chaleureux, attentionné et professionnel du début à la fin. Mention spéciale à Mahjoub et Rachid, qui gèrent les bagages et les taxis avec un sourire constant et une efficacité remarquable — toujours disponibles, toujours aux petits soins. Et un grand merci à Zakaria à la réception, dont l'accueil bienveillant et le professionnalisme ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Une belle rencontre. On reviendra sans hésiter. Merci à toute l'équipe !

We were delighted with this hotel. From check in to check out we received the best attention and service from every member of staff we encountered. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Zac gave us a garden view room which was away from the pool area and very peaceful and quiet. The adult pool area was perfect. Overlooking the ocean and away from the main family pool it had waiter service from the restaurant bar and a lovely restaurant for lunch. The pool guys were attentive, brining extra towels and cushions and positioning the umberllas for us throughout the day. We also enjoyed the beach bar and restarant just across the path from the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff.

Endroit balnéaire magnifique !! La chambre est très propre, spacieuse et bien décorée !!! Durant notre séjour de 17 jours au Maroc, le buffet déjeuner du Hyatt a été notre coup de cœur !

Positives Clean hotel, great room for family of 4, breakfast superb selection and staff generally all very attentive. Location great, it's a 20 min walk along the prom to the village with decent places to eat. Late check out - no charge! Negatives Padel is £40 which is a tad excessive. Housekeeping didn't come one day to be told they finish at 5pm and so managed to get towels and toilet roll from reception..... Cold shower one night but we were late getting to the room, every other day was fine. Pool area clean however on the last day lots of litter around the sun beds from the day before and towels not collected. Definitely recommend for some spring sunshine and hotel much better than a Canaries option! Food and drinks quite pricey in the hotel considering location but great quality. Gym - used every day, no aircon and could do with some new kit but good enough.

Super expérience et les buffets sont extraordinaires.

C’était notre 3ème fois dans cet hôtel et nous sommes toujours heureux d’y séjourner. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent et très varié, la piscine chauffée est agréable les jours où les températures sont douces et l’hôtel est très bien entretenu. Merci à Khadija pour le ménage dans notre chambre, au personnel de l’accueil toujours disponible pour nous apporter des renseignements ainsi qu’au personnel du kids club (Meriem, Aya et Fati) qui sont aux petits soins avec nos enfants.

Despite its premium pricing by Moroccan standards, this hotel fails to deliver a true five-star experience. Service is slow, inconsistent, and often inattentive, with management appearing overly focused on delegation rather than actively supporting operations. A more hands-on leadership approach is clearly needed. The beach service was particularly poor, with staff rarely engaging guests and even displaying unprofessional behaviour during a heated staff dispute. The adults’ pool area also felt neglected, with disengaged lifeguards and little effort to manage sunbeds or maintain cleanliness. Dining lacked consistency, from unclear service standards to disorganised breakfast operations, where guests were left confused and staff appeared idle. The ongoing issue of birds entering indoor dining areas further detracts from the experience. While food quality is generally good, prices are high compared to better local alternatives. Water pricing is excessive, especially given prior communication suggesting it would be complimentary. In a hot climate, the lack of accessible free water feels particularly unreasonable. Overall, while the property is visually impressive, service shortcomings significantly undermine the experience. With stronger leadership and clearer standards, the hotel has potential, but currently falls short of expectations.

Onderhoud kamer kan met meer detail (putje douche, meenemen vuile afwas,….) Ook de hotelkamerdeuren hebben nazicht nodig; slepen over de grond, sluiten hard en slecht.

Merveilleux séjour

Sehr schöne Anlage mit drei Pools. Der Service könnte besser sein und die Preise für Speisen, paddle und Spa sind sehr teuer. Frühstück war sehr gut.
