Excellent staff manners - they were really helpful and accommodating. Nice suite, very clean. The free breakfast buffet was awesome, great assortment of breakfast food. The dinner menu (extra $) is awesome. I ordered a steak dinner which was perfectly done (med rare) and large portions. All in All,, I recommend this hotel if you're touring the iguazu falls (AR side)

El spa no lo probé. El bar, a la hora de cenar, si no sis de los primeros en llegar te quedas sin tanta elección de platos, se les van acabando las cosas.
El desayuno arranca a las 7, y lo perdí por tener que salir hacia el aeropuerto. Sugerencia, adelantarlo media hora, o reservar un termo con café y algunas cosas para desayunar los que salen temprano!! Inaceptable no ofrecer eso!!

First we came no electricity no towels TV doesn’t work and the telephone doesn’t work every time I have to go two story down to the front desk and tell them I didn’t have towels or electricity or telephone doesn’t work or AC doesn’t work. It wasn’t pleasant at all.

Uma total decepção. Nas fotos parece um Hotel maravilhoso, mas na realidade está velho e com traças na parede nos quartos. Teto manchado de infiltração. Camas velhas e roupas de cama encardida. Cafe da manha muito fraco para o preço do hotel. Mais de 800 reais para total decepção.

O hotel já foi um 5 estrels, porém deixou de ter as manutenções necessárias, apenas um elevador ligado, e o carpete dos corredores precisa de uma atenção especial. Os quartos são super amplos e bem limpos. O banheiro tem bom tamanho e uma louça antiga. A cama e os travesseiros são confortáveis. Staff atencioso e prestativo.
Porém as horas perdidas para atravessar a aduana não me fariam voltar, cada ida e volta ao Brasil eram 3 horas nas filas. No primeiro dia, para entrar na Argentina ficamos 6 horas na fila.

O Hotel é antigo, sofreu uma reforma apenas fachada. O frigobar do nosso quarto não estava completo e as poucas coisas que tinha lá estavam congeladas. O estacionamento fica de frente para a rodovia e não oferece nenhuma segurança. Por fim, Para quem deseja aproveitar a piscina e demais atividades da area externa, o horário do check-in é muito tarde e o check-out muito cedo. Ou seja, você paga caro por um hotel que tem uma ampla area de lazer, mas tem pouco tempo para desfrutar.

The property is good overall . It needs a little remodeling in my opinion. The rooms were spacious , jacuzzi in the room was a pleasant surprise and relaxing.
The hotel had good amenities like a restaurant inside the property with good food, including vegetarian options , a spa with a good masseuse, mini golf, a good pool with slides , etc.
However , the downside was that toilets and bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan and was not pleasant . We had to leave our windows open so we could have some fresh air.

El hotel NO ES 4 estrellas, falta mucho mantenimiento. Fuimos a este hotel x el.tema de la pileta climatizada, nunca funciono. Tambien porque decia juegos para niños, pero nuestra nena de 2 años se aburrio porque no tiene juegos, estan todos rotos. El desayuno siempre lo mismo. Medio pelo pero safa y cena siempre lo mismo,a veces frio. Lejos del centro, solo cerca de cataras y aeropuerto. El hotel safa solo x los empleados que son macanudos y re buena onda sino fuera x los empleados el seria pesima la estadia ya que es un hotel muy caro por los servicios que ofrecen.

While the property was clean it appears is if they have skipped updates and maintenance for the last 20years. Things are very out dated. Towel rack falling off in bathroom, safe in room hanging off wall about to fall off. The restaurant was sufficient but nothing over the top.
