房間很新，廚房也是，但是，浴室沒有洗髮，洗澡的沐浴乳，廚房沒有油鹽簡單的調味料，讓人只能欣賞無法使用，非常可惜

Everything is excellent, specially the nice hospitality of your staff, and the welcome fruit on front desk! My booking was a 2 bedroom Superior Queen Villa, actually a modern style cabin. It is a very new and clean villa, just the bedroom are too tiny and no space for baggage storing and using. The kitchen is especially excellent, well equipped, good for family cooking! Toilet and bathroom are clean and well decorated! Living and dining area are enough spacious, parking is convenient, very closed to town center, a big Coles next to it, lots of restaurant nearby.

Room not ready on arrival at 3.30pm. Cabin with rubbish in the bed and dirty sheets. Would not recommend, trust me stay elsewhere.

Very clean cabin. Thank you to the manager who gave us a free upgrade. We really appreciated and enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the toilet clogged up easy. But it still was a good place to stay

We had a lovely stay at Amaroo Holiday Park, which is conveniently located within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. After dinner each evening, we enjoyed strolling down to the beach to watch people fishing, which was a relaxing way to unwind. Although the cabin appeared quite small from the outside, it felt cosy and comfortable once inside. The rooms were clean and well-maintained; however, we did notice that facial tissues and paper towels were not provided, and the tea towel supplied had an unpleasant smell.

The room condition was acceptable and clean. Check in was smooth. There were several opened windows when we arrived though and some without fly screens. Had to check everyone one of them to ensure it was closed before going to bed. Some also didnt have locks which was unusual and concerning as we had the kids sleep in the double bunks room (didn't want them falling out!). I don't think there was enough crockery in the kitchen and we had 6 of us stay in a 6 bed studio. We had ice cream one night and had to eat them in the cups because there werent enough bowls, only 2...We were only given 1 set of keys, could be better if we received 2. The bathroom overflow drain in the middle was cracked and on an angle, it could have cut someones foot. The drain also didn't goanywhere except straight down to the ground underneath the cabin and you could see the dirt. People could probably also see from the bottom up lol. The price was reasonable for what it was at the end of the day and I am glad we just stayed the night midweek.

Very wonderful experience. The room is clean. The staff is courteous. The location is perfect.

Room was clean but small. No wardrobe space. Plenty of kitchen utensils ( plates, cutlery, glasses, tea towel. No ice tray in fridge. Staff member on phone for. Long time when we checked in. However let us in early. Very convenient to town but long walk to the beach. Lots to see and plenty of places to eat in Cowes.
