位置很好, 就在電車免費區內。機場巴士, 火車站就兩個街口, 交通接駁十分方便。

離南十字星車站近，旁邊有coles&商場，雖然內部沒有很新，但很舒適，房間雖小，但有微波爐可使用，算方便的。

房間太舊，空調自動調節差，服務員態度超正，地點十分方便，近南十字火車站

The location is quite convenient while the room utilities are clean and tidy although not so new.

Good location which close to free train zone. Staff is helpful and give you advice to visit Melbourne City.

地板油膩，餐具廚房設備不錯，但床跟廚房沒距離的設計很特別，窗邊對面是警察總署，感覺安全。

Close to southern Cross station where u can take the sky bus to the airport. A big supermarket, and outlets next to the station. as the hotel is at the corner of two roads, huge traffic noise. You can hardly hear the TV if the balcony door or window are opened​. Daily cleaning of the bathroom is not very good. Staff is helpful and friendly. 1 to 2 days stay is ok for that price, but not for long stay.

It is very good location, the tram stop is at the front of the hotel. We can use a small kitchen to cook. It is quite good for this reasonable price.

一家人住得还是很舒服，有厨房可以煮点自己的东西，离超市很近，晚上十二点之前都能买到东西，小孩子的房间是独立的，更适合睡觉的时候的安排

酒店装修应该有好些年头了，整体看上去老旧不清爽。客房清洁一般，衣柜里还有前住客留下的脏袜子和t恤。厨房设施不是很齐全，自己做饭不太方便。最不好的是我们房间的空调，明明设置为制暖，但加温一会儿就开始吹冷风，而且声响特别大，巨大的发动机轰鸣声让人不得不干脆把它关了。酒店服务员倒是比较热情敬业，及时响应，帮助解决问题，但硬件问题也不是他能解决的。

Very good value of money, nears the major transport hub, the room is clean and comfortable, I will stay here again next time in Melbourne.

客房地點有方便的電車經過,鄰近南十字車站,搭火車及往返機場非常便利。Cole與亞洲超市都在五分鐘步行可達之處,購物方便。就旅客而言,是個十分方便的住宿地點。

酒店職員服務殷勤。 雖然地點與市中心有一段距離，但乘免費電車往來市中心卻非常方便。 遠離市中心，環境清靜。

酒店提供三人入住的選項，屬三人行於墨爾本市內少數選擇中較便宜的一個。兩個房間相連，以附有屋內窗戶的牆間隔開。房間整體整齊但不豪華，清潔方面尚有改善空間，而且間中有一兩只昆蟲在房間構成騷擾。 特別欣賞之處是酒店提供少量付費泊車位，能夠以20澳元當日無限次出入。比較市區高昂的泊車費為低。
