Food was great, when I got here on Saturday the balcony table had all this rubbish on it today is Tuesday and it's still there. On Sunday at 4pm I said there was no toilet paper at 10pm I had to enter the bar in my pjs and ask for toilet paper. On Monday night I reported at 6pm that there was a water leak in the toilet and it was leaking all over the floor of both toilets and instead of cleaning it up just a sign was put there, slippery when wet. I approached a young lady staff member with brown hair 2 hours after I reported it and I said what if I slip over in the night and she laughed at me. I wasn't impressed by that. Not happy at all, it seams that we that stay in the rooms are not considered as patrons won't be back

Yes, the linen was fresh and beds comfortable. We would have liked aircon as we had booked Oct 25 and were only ones without it. There was a jug and cups but no coffee or tea etc. The new bathrooms were lovely. We would come again as good for the price. Great breakfast too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and modern. A shaving mirror in the men's bathroom would be helpful. Extra hooks in the bathrooms would be great.

Check-in was a bit slow (took around 45 minutes), but once that was sorted, everything went smoothly. The room itself was clean, simple, and felt safe. Bathrooms were shared and separated by gender — I never had to wait for a shower or toilet, which was a plus.
The only downsides were the sheer curtains letting in a fair bit of light at night and some traffic noise from the road, so it might not suit light sleepers. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay overall, and I’d still rate it four stars for cleanliness, safety, and it was great value.

The room was clean and satisfactory for budget accommodation. The restaurant was very good. There was an inside restaurant and an outside undercover restaurant with outside bar and a large screen for watching sport and music played throughout the area. The staff were friendly and approachable and nothing was too much effort.

Very basic accommodation. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Shared bathroom was clean but no mirror for shaving etc. Pillows old and uncomfortable. Food was excellent but wait staff seemed uninterested in giving service.

Lovely stay, your average pub accomodation. The shared bathrooms are clean and well kept.
The only thing we didn’t love was that the bin in the room was small so we needed to find a bin outside to get rid of our rubbish. Other then that we loved it!
