アメニティは、1人あたりシャンプー2回分、小さな石けん1個なので、きれい好きな人には少し足りないかもしれません。ひげ剃りは別に用意する必要あります。
冬季で部屋が乾燥しやすく、のど飴があると良かったな、と思いました。
立地
パースの船着き場や駅に歩いて行きやすいです（15〜20分。海外旅行で町並みをみるのが楽しかったので、苦になりませんでした）。

The property was clean. No weekend service. It’s very outdated. Bed was very soft and very low to the ground. I got what I paid for it was in a great area for all of what I needed to do in Perth. Yes I would stay there again.

This trip was our first use of City Waters Perth, as I had always considered it unacceptable due to its appearance. However, this trip was urgent, and accommodation was needed. With low expectations, we checked in and found the staff to be friendly enough and informative. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet making sleeping easy. I will look to stay there again.

Older type 1970’s. In need of refurbishment. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed’s, air conditioning. Fabulous location and a great price with full kitchen, shower over bath. Very helpful staff.

What you would expect from a Motel. Room was spacious and very clean, with good ammenities. Kitchenette was well stocked with utensils and appliances. Good lighting and plenty of privacy when needed.
