下午三點十五分要Checkin，竟然找不到服務人員，最後只好打上面的電話問服務員在哪，服務員要我們自己進房間說鑰匙在桌上。 沒有提供吹風機，讓我的偏頭痛痛死人了，加上又找不到服務員。 隔天十點一到立刻跑來敲門說該退房了。 感覺不是很好，只是因為它便宜所以住進來了。

The main door have big gaps so the smell from the outside are coming all the time especially the smoking smell. When we first arrived & open the door, the room smells cigarette and it never went away. For non smoker guests, we feels sick & annoyed due to the smells

No one there for check in i had to call the number above the door, was told the room number and the key was inside on the table. The room was dirty, stains over the bed, holes in walls, front door wouldnt lock. My calls to owner went unanswered, my partner back in Qld rang him and demanded all this be rectified as it wasnt safe for a female to be in an unlockabke room, he arrive 30mins later saw it wouldnt lock and put me in another room that did lock, 1st night there was a lady outside walking up & down shuffling her feet. All night 2nd night at 3am i was woken by someone using keys to get onto the room, i had the chain on the door so she didnt gain access, i yelled at her she said sorry wrong room, I made sure the door was locked again. After staying awake to call the manager i told him the situation and i didnt feel safe there at all and asked for a refund of the last night he offered only $50 back, he told me he would be there in 20mins, once i got the $50 back he said he would check the cameras. He also told me homeless people hang around there. They obviously have keys somehow. Everyone should definately keep clear of this place at all costs.

Called landline for check in as property was unmanned. Was told to wait for a call back... so polite! Text message told me to enter room 3 and found Homeless man was in the bed.... told to go to other room, power point short circuited my phone charger. Owner arrived 1 hour later kicking out squatters from other rooms threatening to kill them if they come back. Crack heads next door kept me awake until 5am. Worst $135 ever spent, Bus shelter is a better option!

wardrobe cupboard - mirror was cracked, not enough blankets, no floor towel for the bathroom. Door could not seal properly. No bathroom basin - (had to use kitchen sink)

After reading all the reviews and knowing the area I decided to keep driving. I know someone who stayed there years ago and obviously it hasn’t changed

Not close to anything

Horrible. Sheets were dirty, no quilt, every inch of the room was filthy. Body hair on sheets. Greasy floor obviously dirty, no staff at either check in or check out. At check in only a number to ring and we were told that the room was open and the key on the table. Totally unsafe for a mother and children, anyone off the street could have let themselves into the room. Pillowcases dirty, shelves and drawers unusable as broken. Will be contacting consumer affairs to escalate this matter further !

Smelt of cigarettes, glass on the floor, fridge not working.

Filthy kitchen and toilet. Stinky room. Couldnt borrow an iron. Couldnt eat inside bcos of the unhealthy situation.

Rooms are discusting a junky opened my dooor as they don’t lock properly don’t stay here

No clear communication about how to access the room. Sent messages via the Expedia app and didn't get a reply so had to call. They answered and provided direction which was good, I was just nervous about being able to get in because we were doing a long drive and would be arriving pretty late. The room offered a stove top for cooking (which is why we booked it, we wanted self contained) but there was nothing to cook with (pots and pans) so we were unable to use it and had to buy food out, not ideal - this shouldn't be advertised as a feature of the room if it cannot be used. The door needs to be shut firmly at night and dead bolted - ours blew open in the middle of the night due to the wind outside. Otherwise, good location near a main street, a little further out from where we wanted to be but was cheap.

Utter fake advert and photo . Did not feel safe totally ignored on arrival forced to look elsewhere.

I would not stay there. No reception our keys were in room with door unlocked. A creepy guy followed us to our room and was talking outside our door. The rooms smelled. Very horrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. Should not be listed on wotif,

It was scary: - telephone check-in, door to room open, key on table. - checked in to the room at 2.15pm and returned at 4:15pm only to find the room occupied by the previous occupant from the day before - staff didn't bother to check why the previous occupant hadn't returned the key. - at 1:00am there was soft knocking on the door which stopped when asked "what do you want". A Prostitute/Escourt who had counted the doors and was looking for number 6 - ours was the sixth door but not number 6! - at 6:00am went to car only to be confronted by next door occupant (3) who stuck their nose into our car and room. So promptly packed and left. - Instructions were to leave key in room. Given previous experience decide to drop key in to early departure box. As we left we noticed the occupant from next door (3) trying the locked door of number 4. Seems motel does not have any supervised or on site presence of manager.
