Perfect for both short and long stays. Location is perfect, in between the busy city centre and the cultural hub of Carlton, with many ice cream spots and cafes nearby. Free tram zone is a 5-minute walk away, and Aldi is right around the corner. The room is spacious and clean, and room cleaning service is offered every day. The kitchen and big common area makes it perfect for longer stays when you may feel like cooking. The large fridge also allows you to store multiple days of groceries and snacks conveniently. There is a pool table free for use. Gym is also free and includes most of the basic equipments needed. Receptionists are incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

房間很小，距離free tram zone有一段距離，主要以free tram zone電車為交通工具的旅客不是很建議

房間內廁所漏水 枱上水杯有污糟 裝咖啡及茶嘅器皿污糟 房間內WiFi 連線後有時搵唔到網絡 電視有時開到有時開唔到。

酒店環境不錯，但房間隔音超差，連別人在走廊開門的聲音也聽到，早上經常被其他旅客的談話聲嘈得震耳欲聾

The hotel is strategically located in an excellent location between University of Melbourne and downtown. Very convenient for shopping. Not many hotels in the region provide free wifi service. That is another reason we picked up this hotel.

價格吸引，在free tram zone 附近。但房間十分細，前台職員態度一般。有一次職員執房把厕所那包垃圾放了在我的行李上，没有拿走，我外出回來後發現，有點吃驚！

酒店房間很整潔，富有現代色彩，櫃枱員工很友善，由於我們早機去晚機返，他們都能安排提早check in和托管行李，以這樣價格能住在地點方便，我相信我會推薦给朋友

The room is clean. The location is good. The check in process is efficient. The staff is nice.

Close to the downtown area, walking distance only; clean and tidy although the room is super small.

入住6晚，遇到澳洲網球公開賽，房價很小，房價漲幅很多，可是卻感覺很差，6天竟然都沒有打掃房間，只是換毛巾收垃圾，浴室頭髮一直在地上，鏡子很髒也不擦，地上都是牙膏污垢6天沒擦，令人失望，第一次入住ibis,以後再也不敢住ibis了。

Outside free tram zone yet great location. 8-10 minutes walk to free tram zone (ie Queen Victoria Market) and 15 minutes walk to Melbourne Central Station, which is a plesant walk, not a problem at all if you wish to walk around CBD. Near Lygon street which is famous for Italian food with 2 chocolate shops. Also have a couple of nice cafes nearby (eg Seven seeds) Room is a bit small and with no fridge which is out of expectation. Have to use staff fridge at ground floor to store milk and apples. A but troublesome to ask every morning. Great shower and bed though. Friendly and helpful staff, nice lobby and restaurants on ground floor. A non-smoking hotel but on first few days there was strong cigarette smell during evening time. Staff helped switching room. New room has broken kettle but again staff responded quickly and fixed the problem. Overall a nice hotel but can try other options for the next Melbourne trip.

酒店门口不远就有tram车站，去CBD非常方便。不太好的是刷牙杯居然是一次性的，有点low啊！床垫很软，我个人认为睡得非常舒服

廁所沒有怎打掃。

洗手間清潔一般， 隔音一般。

A good hotel with good staff who provide great assistance. It is also convenient to travel to elsewhere. Wifi is free and with very strong signal.
