Lady at the front desk was kind and helpful. Went out of her way when we had a problem with a tour bus not showing up. Was able to get an Uber to meet the tour bus somewhere else and did not miss our tour we planned many months in advance.

It was absolutely hideous like something from a movie where they go to a motel to dye their hair and put a fake beard on while hiding from the police. Check in I had to ring the bell numerous times and ended up having to ring them before somebody eventually came out and gave us the room keys. We had two rooms and we went and opened them. The doors a child could’ve kicked them open. There was no lock no security. The rooms were thick with dust and really irritating on the throat. I went out and bought clean pillowcases from the outlets across the road so that at least our heads were on something that was clean. the furnishings were decrepit. The bathroom was very very subpar. There was a fresh roll of toilet paper individually wrapped in in paper but it was wet and so I had to unroll about 3/4 of it to find some dry toilet paper.
from reception you could see through to what was once a bar area just completely full of junk.
I just I have no words for how vile it was.

Absolutely worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life rude arrogant very hard to understand our room flooded because of pipe burst in the other room and my elderly parents had to leave at 3:30 in the morning because the room was full of water around the bed and bathroom When I rang reception to talk to them the next day I basically got told that it wasn’t bad enough that they had to leave there be no no refund. No discussions bad luck. I would recommend that no one ever stays here again. They are the worst people to deal with.

Wait time to check in. And then walking into a dirty, run down room that had the door hanging off the higne, blood on the wall, broken tiles, leaking taps and a dirty floor made us want to leave. We had no choice as we had traveled 3.5 hours to do business in Melbourne, but if we had anywhere else to go, we would have left. We felt dirty, uncomfortable and disrespected having to stay in this room.

I flew in from America and my partner who lives here did the check in because they do not offer check-in after 10pm and my flight landed at 9:50pm. When I arrived at the location, the room was beyond dirty. The bathroom was dirty. There was a guest in the room next to ours that was up all night screaming and yelling at himself and he was still going when we checked out. Needless to say, after a 37 hour plane ride here I still wasn't able to get any rest at this facility. Very disappointed that my first night in Australia was a very horrible experience.

This was the worst stay I have ever had at a motel. The booking on wotif.com said you could check until 10pm. Reception closed at 9 pm. The room was covered in black mould. It was filthy and dirty; the walls were covered in brown stains and dirty handprints. Holes in the bath, the floor had chipped tile, making it unsafe for my child to bath. The television didnt work. Nobody manned the reception, called and informed management, said they would call back and never did. Asked for a refund and was not refunded. DO NOT STAY HERE

It is an older motel. I have stayed there a few times over the years. I saw that it is showing its age and needs a refurbishment. It is okay as a place to sleep. The chain on the door of my room had been removed. The closet was missing a bar (the kind staff member at reception went and found me one). The bar fridge had no shelves inside or on the fridge door. The TV was an older model, the speakers on it weren't delivering the best sound. The staff member I saw was helpful.
