Nice staff and very good location

地點方便，靠近火車站及輕軌站 但房間隔音真的不好，好容易被嘈醒

公寓位置方便，行政公寓室內間格整齊整潔，免費Wifi網絡穩定，整體各方面都滿意

這是一間近市區的多層大屋，內面乾淨雅潔，房間大，廚房用具很齊全，床很大很舒服，交通方便，附近就有是鬧市，商店購物都好方便。

整體而言是非常不錯，設施齊全，星期一至六都有house keeping，只是禮拜日沒有，在更換毛巾方面會比較麻煩。客房夠大，整體感覺很有家的感覺。只是廚房的抽氣一般，所以煮食後會有一段時間仍有食物的氣味。隔音一般，能聽到開門聲。

市中心區，行街食飯很方便，附近景點，房間舒適，值得再住。

地點優越，位於市中心，鄰近多個交通要道。設置相當齊全，令住客有家的感覺。

房间设施很好，前台人员服务热情。最不好的一点是前台只工作到下午6点，寄存行李心须得在6点前取回，这一点不是很方便。

位置没的说，非常好。阁楼景观也很漂亮。就是电梯只到下一层，得自己搬行李爬一层。

Good location but that's the only good thing I could say about it

Great location. Close to public transport. Staff were friendly. The apartment though is in need of repair. The shower dripped most of the night. There were holes in the plaster throughout. Walking around felt weird as the floor was quite uneven. Having said that, I wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again.

Great central location

I had stayed at this property before so knew it was an older property. However, the unit we stayed at had quite steep stairs to get into it which i wasnt aware of when booking. The light at the base of the stairs didnt work so that was a safety concern at night particularly for my elderly parents. We were informed at check in that there was a hole in the roof as a sprinkler had been leaking but assured it was safe. There was indeed a metre by nearly metre hole in the roof. As well as at least 3 other smaller holes cut out in the roof in bedrooms. When paying nearly $450 for ones nights accommodation this really isn't good enough. There was also a lot of street noise all hours of the night. Staff were lovely at checkin but unfortunately I won't be staying here again. It was definitely not value for money.

Staff was amazing, apartment was huge but a bit dated

Receptionist was lovely but the room was horrible. Holes in every room of the ceiling, half the lights didn’t turn on, tv was broken, shower didn’t work properly. It was just a horrible place and would not recommend. $400 a night, what a joke! Place wasn’t even that clean

Very good value for a two bedroom apartment in an excellent location. The bathroom needed a bit of maintenance but was very usable with great water pressure and a comfortable bed.
