The location is really great, and the price is okay.
However, the alarm went off in the middle of the night, and there were no staff members to guide us. Many guests went downstairs, but we didn’t see any staff around.
In the end, we had to take the initiative to find someone and ask if it was safe. Only after confirming the situation did we return to our rooms.
Throughout the entire process, and even until check-out the next day, we never received any apology or compensation.

This hotel has an excellent location- 5 mins.walking distance to central train station(plus L1 light rail station) and 2 mins.walking to L2,L3 light rail station. I was able to take light rail from Circular Quay to the hotel. I also take a train to International airport. A lots of restaurants around China Town (walking dist.) Very convenient ! Highly recommended ! It is an old building but it is clean , quiet .
