The room was completely different from the photo. It’s deceiving, sink was clogged, the pillow cases were dirt and they weren’t cleaned well. The map in my room didn’t have a bulb. The

Staff where great and friendly. Room was ok.

Great location. Good dining and room service options, heaps of cafes to dine explore for breakfast too. The hotel is a little older which meant the rooms need to be/should be aired out a little more than I assume ours was. There was a very pungent odor in the toilet/restroom and the air in the room just felt a little thick.

Location & easy walk to Perth CBD. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable.

This hotel has not aged well, stayed previously and was excellent. This time as soon as off the elevator cigarette smell, entered my room and the bedside draw front hanging off. Bath tap dripped entire stay. Although clean very old. No info in room for anything including wifi password.

Our room rate came with a free drink and amazing Asian dinner on ground floor!

We loved the spa, nice welcome drinks and fried rice, bed was comfortable. Cons ! - Manager argued with me when I asked for another one as there should've been two, she said her paperwork said otherwise. My partner went to see her to correct her and she said that she wasn't arguing with me when he could hear it in the spa.

I had great days at the hotel. All staffs who I met were very helpful. It takes 15-20min from central station on foot but not a problem for me. It’s located on quiet aria. Restaurants were also good.

Soon as I went in the smell of food was strong and we wait like five minutes to someone come out and check us in, some other guest was complaining at the counter for some ac not working in the room. And also we have some trouble with the booking she couldn’t find it or she didn’t know how to use the computer, sorry for said that, wasn’t very smooth check in.

Fridge not working. A/C not working.

Very dated hotel. Shower on top of spa in main room area. Terrible sleep from pigeons on the windows ledges. Staff were friendly though.

Be aware this place is more like a backpackers or rooming house than a hotel. I left rather than stay in a place with a filthy toilet and the smell of fish in the halls.

Great location. Walk to the CBD. Very aged room. No free wifi.

The aircon to our room was leaking building up a puddle on the floor someone could have slipped on it during the night if they didnt see it

Jacuzzi spa was super

The building is VERY tired , the room service is a joke , the restaurant isn't open , the room keys didn't work in the parking area at any time and were unreliable entering the room

Condition of room was below standard. Worn out toilet and spa not appearing clean. Curtains had bad stains and chair was not cleaned, very dusty. We were charged 20 dollars for parking and exit gate was not working apparently not for a month now. We stayed in this hotel 5 years ago in a different room which was a lot better at that time hence the choice to stay here again. Not sure if we will come back now. Staff were friendly.
