房間有點小。

保持 Ibis 一般水準

Inconvenience location but value price

房間不大但整潔，浴室更是日式酒店的太空艙形式，洗手盘在床邊，是與浴室分開的。wifi都是在大堂才有，酒店在大路邊，不難找。

Small room, but clean, good for stay one night!

Cost effective, Clean room with small size, very comfortable bed.

The room was ok. The cleanliness was good and the services were good too. Nothing to complain about.

Room itself was ok for the price. Had a random other guest who may have been under the influence of something keeping us awake both nights of our stay. Night 1 played random 80s music from 4-5am and yelling out profanities. Night 2 of our stay same other guest shouting out more swear words all through the night. Should have asked for a room change, guess you get what you pay for.

Reception staff don't want to be there, no pertinent information was offered unless direcly asked.

Whilst location appears great. Our first room nothing worked. TV was broken and screen was scratched. No fridge as shown in pictures. Second room did have a working TV and a fridge but sheets were ripped and one had a big black mark. We know it was budget. But. We would not again.

Didnt like walking up stairs, no smart TV, room to small, room service poor.

I like it's location on way to South East Victoria

For the whole time I was there no staff came to change the bedsheets or anything like that. Poor management.

Breakfast was not what we expected

Tiny rooms.. porta toilet and shower recess type set up in the rooms.. felt like i was in a cruise ship.

There’s no phone in the room, the air conditioner was very old and loud. I didn’t enjoy my stay

テレビは故障していました。また掃除が不十分で床に髪の毛やゴミが落ちていました。設備も古く快適ではありませんでした。

extra charge for parking onsite after arrival . remote for tv had no rear cover so had to firmly hold battery in place or didnt work . toilet seat was melted and rough . Soap dispenser was on floor of shower not on wall it had been broken off before my arrival . staff were rarely in reception during times advertised so very hard to ask for fixes . I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN ibis had been a fair place to stay previously in nsw vic ( dandenong) but not anymore after this eye opener . IBIS has failed .
