Great location, professional and friendly and helpful staff. Great service, highly recommended place to be when visiting Brisbane if you want a place to stay; convenient location, within walking distance to everything in the city.

It is a shame that this hotel has been sold and will close April 1st the staff and location were the absolute best i truly will miss staying here

We have a great time during we stayed here for eight days. Every staffs are well training and full of passion. The breakfast is awesome and also offer variance choice. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel's location is really convenient. It's the best and the most valuable choice in Brisbane.

Check in was slow. She needed the names of all my children which seemed unnecessary and intrusive. I have never been asked this at any hotel I have stayed in previously. The beds were small and the fridge was not working so we asked to move to another room so were moved to a higher level room and they brought 2 roller beds which was fine except they had no duvets or pillow cases so I had to take the bedding from the previous room as there was no room service after hours. The staff member was very helpful and apologetic. The parking was overpriced at $60 for 24 hours. All the new release movies were free which was a bonus.

Not a 5 star property by some distance
4 star at best, dated rooms, ancient tv, limited charging points, grubby carpet & very basic decor & furniture.
Far removed from genuine 5 star options like Four Seasons, Hyatt & Mondrian etc.
Needs an urgent refurb.
Nice staff though - always friendly
