Such a great hotel. Clean & comfortable rooms with a great coffee pod machine & free water & snacks, including soft drink (unheard of in most hotels).
Wonderful location in Kingston & we walked to a local Italian restaurant for a yummy meal.
Quiet neighbourhood & a comfy bed!

This has become our go to hotel when we stay in Canberra. Great location - close to the restaurants in Kingston, a few minutes walk to Manuka. Staff are always friendly. Good size room - comfy bed, big bathroom. Free on site parking. Always enjoy our stay here.

Pros:
- great location with plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance
- easy to get in and out of the car park, and free parking was very much appreciated
- complimentary bottled water and snacks
- bed was comfortable and the ambient lighting in the bathrooms was a nice touch
- quiet air conditioning
- excellent TV system with HD channels and free movies
Cons:
- one of the bath towels was a bit dirty when we arrived
- the two twin beds in the second bedroom were ridiculously narrow
- thin internal walls and between bedrooms
- apartment had two bathrooms but only one hair dryer. Had to personally go down to reception to ask for a second hair dryer as there was no internal phone in the apartment to ring reception / housekeeping
- usable space for bedside tables were very small because the bases of the bedside lamps were very big, but the bedside tables were small
- ensuite bathroom shower head had a slightly broken hose which was leaking and wasting water
- climate control was for the whole apartment, therefore no individual temperature control for each bedroom, and wasted heating for the big living and dining rooms at night

Great little apartment with laundry on a quiet street a small block from all the Kingston shops (including Silo bakery!). The property tries really hard giving free chips & water bottles. I'll stay there again.
