在市中心方便，交通便利，週邊食店選擇多，整體酒店位置甚佳。

我們訂兩大一小，進房時，房內已經自動加了一個舒適的單人床，非常貼心。

因為看錯資料，訂了沒有厨房爐台只有微波爐的標準房，前台員工很友善，給了折扣加錢升級套房。 套房間很大，有大露台，有浴缸。 廚房器具齊全，很適合家庭旅遊煮點吃的，如有欠缺（如要求湯碗高深鍋），找前台員工也會很快提供。 床很舒服。 每天清潔。 唯一就是洗澡水太熱（熱到可以退皮），只能開小小熱水，引至花灑水力太弱，向前台反應了，改善不大，所以只好每天泡澡。另外就是清潔工補充洗衣粉洗碗液之類飄忽不定，有時需要開口追加（我們住6晚）

地上滿是細少垃圾及灰塵極多

出發前一天跟酒樓溝通說希望book車子由機場到酒店，他們回覆說樂意安排，但一直没有問我到達時間，於是我自行再短訊酒店告知航班，但一直收不到回覆，最後要自己坐車到酒店。

Good location but extremely poor housekeeping services. Room was very dirty even after cleaning.

It's juz next to the Melbourne China town. It's very comfortable, the washroom and bathroom is very big enough.

Best location in China town Main Street. Also located opposite at QV mall with supermarket. It’s easily to grab food and take public transportation. There is Skybus free shuttle connecting to South Cross Bus Centre. The room with living room are quite big with a kitchen. This is a very good deal to stay in Melbourne downtown.

The location is convenient. The rooms are well-quipped and the staff are super friendly.

I stayed at this hotel from 4 Apr 2017 for 4 nights. During the check-in process, they will ask you for a deposit of AUD 10. Unlike the other hotels in the world, this hotel actually make a charge to your credit card, and they would say that they will pay back to you within 2-5 days after you check out. I wrote to them on 19 Jun 2017 to ask for a deposit pay back as I still didn’t receive it like 2 months after I checked out. May of Reception Team replied after 7 days on 26 Jun 2017 that the amount should have been released back to my credit card, and so ridiculous is that she says “you will not be notified on when the amount is released”. (I checked my credit card statement every month and I just don’t see the money back!!!) I wrote to them for 2nd time on the same day and I DID NOT hear back from them since then. Maybe they think that clients are easy to forget or focus on such small amount after check out so they use this trick again and again. If they get caught, then they may refund it to you (or just ignore you totally like in my case). If they don’t, you can imagine how much profit they will earn from this scam every day from clients around the world. It is not a big deal (AUD 10) to be focused of, but it is the INTEGRITY of the hotel, and Mantra at Russell has put a big shame on Australia’s hospitality. I have read the negative comments about its scam from other travelers before I check in, but you never know how bad it is until you are one of the VICTIM.

Good condition in general but carpet should be cleaned with sterilizer more frequently.

能在这样市中心的地段住到如此性价比高的酒店非常满意，下次来一定还住在这里，房间大，阳台大，市景很好，除了晚上可能会有点声音毕竟在唐人街附近，晚上人流量还是挺大的

登記入住好快，其他服務也很好
