I was very satisfied with my stay at the Mantra Terrace in Brisbane, from check in to check out. The check-in person went above and beyond when initially the key to my room didn't work - she walked up to the room with me to make sure there were no problems with the new key, checked they both worked and was friendly and approachable throughout resolving of the issue. The room cleanliness, lighting and overall presentation felt on the luxurious end of the spectrum and the bed was extremely comfortable. At the discounted rate of $147.00 per night, I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat before staying anywhere else.

在central station 去那裡都方便
去queen plaza 購物吃飯也多選擇
酒店設施就普通
房間有點小，跟日本的差不多
但係住了5個晚上，竟然有兩天沒有整理房間
有一天還是出門時提醒了front desk的職員還是沒整理
就算整理了，還是有各項東西沒有補充
酒店本身已經甚麼設施服務都沒有
連最基本整理房間也做不到，不能接受
唯一可取是front desk 的人尚算幫忙

房間不大，但小而美，離中央火車站步行約十分鐘可到，算方便的地點。員工很友善樂於協助。但附近較無便利超商等店家，晚上較晚想覓食比較辛苦一點。

Pretty close to CBD, however it's on a small hill which means you may find a bit hard to go there with your luggage from public transport.
Staff are friendly and room is clean, generally, a good hotel to stay :)

Room was okay. The bathroom and mirrors were not the cleanest. There was evidence of a toilet leak or someone who missed cleaning up from previous guest. Also the show drains were very dirty.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Mantra Terrace in Brisbane, from check in to check out.
