Het was een genot om hier te verblijven! kamer super mooi, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mijn vrienden( met kind) en Ik hadden graag langer willen blijven maar dat ging helaas niet. Ik raad het iedereen aan om te verblijven in Medusa! groetjes, Karima

Fantastische kamer, free upgrade naar velvet room, super behulpzame staff, brandschoon en in een leuke buurt waar zoveel te doen is. Zonde dat we niet konden verlengen 😀.

What a beautiful boutique hotel, so tastefilly decorated and equipped. And such friendly and generous hosts and staff. Just a 30 minute walk from the harbour Stay here you won't be disappointed!

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was also quite nice- well decorated, comfortable, and clean. The ice cream bars and fruit were a nice touch as well!

Terrifically stylish and comfortable. The new Medusa isn’t just a place stay when you visit Sydney: it’s a destination all by itself.

Decor was beautiful & the room was well appointed. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Lots of nice restaurants close to the hotel, including a pub just across the road. Easy walking distance from Kings Cross station.

Loved everything about this hotel. It was warm, welcoming,and very accessible. It felt safe with the key pad entry and the staff were always close at hand with any requests for any additional item which might help. A very clean hotel too. Overall I cannot think of a better place to stay and we will definitely be back for another visit.

Nice boutique hotel, really well positioned. I had top floor room so a couple of flights of stairs - didnt really worry me as ai didny have much luggage - but could be a barrier for others

Absolutely fabulous stay. Great location with easy access to transportation, dining, shops, etc. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room with everything we needed. A few nice touches here and there too. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant!

Great boutique style property, like a great big house with rooms and en-suites. Great older style hotel with lovely interiors, however it is in need of an upgrade, particularly the bathrooms, due to mould and flaky plaster etc. Cleanliness is also lacking in both the bathrooms and bedrooms. On our arrival, we booked a transfer to the airport for our Sunday checkout and when we went to confirm on the Saturday, we were told by another staff member, that they don't do checkouts on a Sunday. Even with these issues, we would probably stay again, as I like a small style hotel, staff are lovely and it's in a great location.

We had a wonderful stay at the Medusa. Great location, so charming.
