My room was quite noisy from early in the morning due to traffic noise which affected my sleep. The room was old and not worth the money

Omg on the third day the housemaid came in just to tug my bed sheet , no cleaning , no top up coffee and no cleaning the room.

Not my first time

Great hotel and locations. Cafe was lacking options on a Sunday morning but only a very minor issue. Overall we had a great visit.

Superb stay

I was really disappointed. I was originally booked for a king size bed at the Mecure then got apparently upgraded to a room at the Pullman. The staff member was lovely that’s not the issue. It was the fact that I was downgraded with a room that had a bad view. The shower took a while to correct the temperature and really tiny coffee cups. So I felt deceived on a level as the original room was why I booked this hotel. I gave it four stars as the bar and lounge area was beautiful and the service downstairs was prompt and friendly. However I will not return to this hotel again. Definitely don’t like to be told an upgrade with two beds I didn’t need was the truth. Thanks 🙏

We were not able to use the pool, because there were about 15 young boys in there all screaming & splashing around & security was called

Very dirty pool and spa Brown scum all around edge . Holes in carpet Lovely staff though

I had a great stay and the staff were amazing

Had an awesome time, safe location and central for public transport.

Large clean room, well equipped, nice breakfast, lovely team working there - overall a lovely stay

Good sized rooms and a lovely breakfast on offer. However the downside is that there were no plugs near the beds to easily charge phones etc. A/c was an issue in the room and was told that it couldn’t be changed from the main hotel setting. Staff were very helpful and took my complaint seriously.

You have to pay for parking. Smaller than I thought. Overall pretty good for a cheap stay

I had no hot water but it was addressed within a few hours of me notifying reception

Sand on the carpet in my room when I arrived, but otherwise, no issues.

All nice but it would have been good to have some wine glasses and basic cutlery in the room we bought some nice cheese and wine which we had using the teacups and saucers - other than that all good
