The room was clean and the staff were amazing, will definitely be staying again.

Fantastic check-in. Arrived 915 am and got into our room which was very unexpected but fantastic. Room good. Spacious for one room but only 1 pillow each on bed. Asked immediately for 2 more. Got them after a couple of reminders.Bathroom small but enough. Good shower head. TV only small, could be a bit bigger. Staff very helpful. Went for tennis and there was a nig screen at reception and lounge area. Pool looks much smaller than photo. Gym small but has all equipment. Not a lot of food options close. A few cafes. Close toTram so St Kilda close by and 30 mins into city. Room close to busy Queens road. Noisy when in room. Too far out from city for me but if u are happy to tram it its fine. Restaurant expensive. Lots of people getting Uber eats delivered. Staff lovely, engaging, helpful.

We had terribly noisy neighbours I had to call front desk no joy asked to speak manager she said she would sort it, never heard back loud running screaming banging continued till 11pm, woke up early noise started we went out got back late still noisy went to call again and it ceased, Got stuck in the car park each time couldn’t get out, stuck for 20mins no one at hotel answering had to leave car and go back into hotel as no one picking up at front desk, room not made up on one of the days, rooms ok but bathroom old and shabby bathtub had chips out of it and not very clean, lack of staff when you needed anything no service in a service based industry, Olivia was great she was our server in the restaurant, I won’t stay here again.

Wonderful stay staff were great

Room was poor quality with outdated bathroom that didn’t match the pictures on the advertisement. The bed was two mattresses pushed together rather than a true king size bed. The pool was out of order on a 40 degree day and the aircon stopped working for several hours and took 2 hours for someone to come and fix it from the time of reporting it. In summary I’m not sure the stay could have been any worse!

Staff are fantastic, friendly, attentive and personable. Rooms are clean but very dated. The entire hotel needs a renovation.

The room was not in good condition at all, the first night was terrible in terms of the noise in the room from what appeared to be AC units. Staff were helpful and our room was changed for the second night.

On arrival the reception staff ( Angelique) was absolutely lovely & welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean with staff reaching out regularly for anything we may require. The aesthetics at reception were first class & particularly the Christmas decorations were elegant & glam. Would definitely stay again.

badly outdated very overrated for the cost

The cleanliness of the room was poor, the bathroom sink was cracked. There was a linen trolley full of dirty linen just outside our room for the entire stay.

Old, needs to be renovated, no personality. Not a good hotel. I will not be back.
