The rooms are newly renovated, yet something in the room has already been broken. I was disappointed that no breakfast was served in the hotel. Only modest breakfast boxes were given to guests. The location is okay.

Just a perfect place to stay, will definitely come back for sure

我們住的時間是平日，接近晚上可以聽到樓下的club有聲音，不過他們會在午夜前安靜，我猜他們是在排練週五晚上的活動，所以如果週末要入住的話，可能先問看看是否有活動舉辦，因為樓下的聲音會傳上來，晚上可能會被吵到。 我們平日入住的時候晚上沒有聲音，整體乾淨，清潔優良!!還會再去住！

We stay here regularly throughout the year, but this time we were given a room that was extremely tiny. The smallest we ever stayed in over 40 years of travel. The bed was against the wall, so one person had to crawl into their side. There was no desk or chair(no room) and as my husband had business to work on over our stay, we had to go to a coffee shp to work.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and professional. The room was very clean. The staff in the bar area was very friendly and accommodating also.

Old pub done up, good standard and couple of local restaurants next door and fast food about 5-10min walk. Happy staff and clean and quiet.

Sower was either scolding hot or cold no in between. 4 flights of stairs :-( apartment was clean and comfortable though once you got up to it. Unable to use motel laundry :-( had motel linen in it both nights :-(

The rooms were extremely clean and well kept. The bathrooms were huge and spacious with all amenities. Would love to stay here again.

We had 3 rooms for the 3 brothers staying, Friday, Sat and Sunday nights. We were not aware or not told at check that on Friday nights they have bands downs stairs (rooms 11 to 16 are above the auditorium). So coming back at 9pm there was noise and especially reverberations (unbelievable) in two of my brother's rooms, 11 and 16. My room no 3 was OK. Otherwise the rooms were well sound proofed but not from a Black Sabbath tribute band from below. The rooms otherwise were good value for money. Above the pub next to a main road with plenty of buses heading to the city. Some basic maintenance issues, like a robe hook on the bathroom door about to fall off, hot water taps in the showers falling off detract from well cleaned, well presented, good sized rooms. Beware, there a no lifts. We had to flights or stairs from the car park and the reception is staffed overnight. I did email management about the noise of the bands and they happily refunded the two rooms costs for the Friday night. Beware Friday nights if you have come for peace and quiet.
