Lovely resort feel. Definitely a little oasis so close to the Esplanade. Staff excellent.
Feedback - Staff slow to clean up food and beverage foodstuff waste. It’s left on tables far too long preventing people wanting to take a seat or sun lounge because of the leftover waste. Also birds come and feed off the leftovers.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten und Pool View. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die Esplanade, Restaurants und Cafés sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Poolbereich ist schön angelegt mit Swim-up Bar und kleinem Sandstrand.

立地が良く、どこに行くにも便利です。移動にかかるストレスがなく、ホテルの設備も十分で、長期間でしたが快適に過ごすことができました。
清掃は毎日してくれますが、細かい部分まで完璧ではありません。いろいろ気になる方は不満に思うかもしれません。
とにかく子供がプールを気に入り、ほとんどの時間をプールで過ごしました。週末のアクティビティも楽しめました。
機会があればまた利用したいです。

This resort is in a great location and had an awesome pool for the kids (minus the water being freezing)!
The rooms were pretty standard, beds are definitely on the older side and there is no fan in the bathroom so a lot of condensation on the ceiling which is starting to discolour. Our toilet also kept making running sounds every 5 minutes which kept the kids up at night and was very annoying.
The staff here are so lovely and the cocktails are amazing! Although it wasn’t the most modern or up to date rooms I would stay here again!

Good property in the heart of cairns city. There were a couple of things that would have made our stay better. Although I requested a quiet room, we were placed right next to the elevators and they are noisy. Heard the annoying sound of the elevators throughout the night. The blinds are in adequate and did not block the outside light making sleep difficult. Other than this we enjoyed our three nights at the resort.

Room was ok. Requested a room with pool view BUT didn’t get to stay in one. We were in room looking at the back of pergola area over outdoor breakfast area. Door into room needed fixing as wouldn’t close properly. Curtains are filthy, drag on floor. place needs a good clean and new curtains throughout

We thought this was a great hotel, with a lovely pool area.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Good generally was of a very good standard and good value.
Hotel was also in a good location and we would stay here again.
We had a lovely five night stay with our young children in a double deluxe room. The only thing that could be added is something else for the kids during the week like a little play area.

スタッフの方々は皆さんとても親切でした。
砂浜付きのプールには貸出用の浮き輪や砂場セットがあり、子ども達がとても楽しく遊ぶことができました。
朝食ビュッフェは種類が豊富で、味も美味しかったです。
毎日部屋のクリーニングやベットメイキング、タオル交換もしてくれ、快適に過ごすことができました。
ケアンズ駅や市内にも徒歩で移動でき、立地も大変よかったです。
