Super attentive staff! I locked myself out- don't touch the deadlock! The battery on the swiper was dead, so the room couldn't be locked. Before I knew that, I thought this must be a quirk of the property, and needs the deadlock turned upon exist, and the swipe card will unlock it. That is not the case! All staff jumped right in to help, didn’t waste time making me feel bad- even though I did! Absolutely cool and clean room- great pillows! Amenities fresh and clean, one road away from the beach at such a great price, LOTS of food options around.What more can one ask for? One point to note, you will hear the doors of your neighbours open and close.

Hi All~
This is a WONDERFUL little hotel. EVERYONE is very Kind and Friendly. It is an Awesome location with lots of dining options. There is also a grocer across the street as well and it is very close to the beach
A special “Thank You” to Maddie: She is a Wonderful person and sets an Awesome tone for the hotel straight from the get go!

Terrible place to stay & office staff aren’t good at there job. Ended up getting a refund & staying elsewhere that night. They charged me twice for the same room for one night & made it to be my problem. Isn’t the first time I’ve had trouble staying there with my booking

Me and my partner had a lovely stay at palm beach hotel. It was the perfect base for us to explore the gold coast for the very first time! Our room was big and we found the sink handy for brushing teeth/ washing face before bed without having to go into shared bathroom. That being said the shared bathrooms were modern and clean , very well maintained which we appreciated! Our room itself could definitely do with a face lift. A fresh lick of paint & some new furniture would really lift the property 😍 The bed was a bit too soft for us but that's people dependent, we also found it odd that we weren't actually given a duvet. All we were supplied with was a top sheet 🤔 The cleaning staff were super lovely and gave us fresh towels daily which we loved! Overall we had a great time here, only downside I would say is you have to go up stairs to get to rooms so if you're not able bodied you will struggle.

The staff were one of the best thing about this stay. The beds were clean. Beach is close, shared bathrooms. No kitchen or kitchenette.
Bathrooms need some attention, there were missing seats from the toilets.
Ability to order food from downstairs, X3 cafes within 50m. Bar downstairs too.
It was ok but unless we had too, wouldn't go back.

The room was clean and comfortable. It is located in a convenient spot right next to cafes, bars, local shopping and just across from the beach. Easy access made this a joy to return to each day and hide in the cool air con when the beach got too hot! The staff are lovely and accomodating and provided assistance whenever asked. Will stay here again.
