Palm Beach Hotel

Extremely disappointing. Black Mould on ceiling. Constant damp smell in room with air con operating.

The staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful the room and facilities were clean hygienic and comfortable. My only complaint is there showers have major issues with temperature and constantly change temperature

Hi All~ This is a WONDERFUL little hotel. EVERYONE is very Kind and Friendly. It is an Awesome location with lots of dining options. There is also a grocer across the street as well and it is very close to the beach A special “Thank You” to Maddie: She is a Wonderful person and sets an Awesome tone for the hotel straight from the get go! The staff were one of the best thing about this stay. The beds were clean. Beach is close, shared bathrooms. No kitchen or kitchenette. Bathrooms need some attention, there were missing seats from the toilets. Ability to order food from downstairs, X3 cafes within 50m. Bar downstairs too. It was ok but unless we had too, wouldn't go back.

The room was very clean, and the shared toilet/shower facilities also were constantly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you

The room was clean and comfortable. It is located in a convenient spot right next to cafes, bars, local shopping and just across from the beach. Easy access made this a joy to return to each day and hide in the cool air con when the beach got too hot! The staff are lovely and accomodating and provided assistance whenever asked. Will stay here again.

Outside toilet still in Victorian time. Was told reception reopen 8am have to wait 8:30am to get deposit refunded . Took son swimming on the beach while I waited

You had it down as pet friendly & it wasn't. The proprietor would not let us stay with our tiny dog because he might lose his license, I understood this. But we two elderly women had a hard time finding somewhere else on a wet Saturday night and ended up having to pay a lot of money

Great location

The location is close to the beach and to a major Coles supermarket with easy access and public transport.

For the overnight trip we had, it worked for us.

I stayed in an Economy Single with Shared Bathroom Positives: good value for money. Bed was comfortable enough. Shared bathroom facilities recently renovated. Negatives: it is above a pub. 2 of the 3 nights I stayed there I was woken up at 5am by a drunk man vomiting loudly outside, in the hallway and in the bathroom opposite my room door. The rooms have no soundproofing and hearing this in the mornings made me feel sick.

Close to all ameneties , quiet considering at back of noisy hotel , perfect for a couple of days
