Quite, service good

Great location. Staff are nice and helpful. Definitely recommended.

酒店房間設備齊全，有洗衣機、乾衣機等設備。廚房設備亦齊全，唯抽氣扇無法操作，但影響不大。房間空間十分寬敞，但每日酒店員工清潔不太足夠。 酒店位於市中心附近，步行至最近的超級市場約3分鐘距離，步行至Reef terminal亦只約10分鐘。但附近沒有酒吧，所以環境寧靜，沒有噪音。

Good location, just one or two street away from supermarket, night market and the pier. Thanks for the staff which let us check in two hours earlier. However, quite a number of insects(eg. Ants) in the room.

My husband and I went to Aus for our honeymoon. Our first stop is cairns. However, I am so regret to choose this apartment for my honeymoon trip. We staying from 13 November to 15 November. Then we received a email on 23 November 2016 and the email said we damaged their sofa in the apartment on the 15 November morning when departure.They said there was pink nailpolish spilt on the bottom edge of the sofa, and biro marks on the arm of the sofa. Also, they emailed us will charge AUD $100.00 to cover cleaning costs from our credit card. They didn't question us for investigation. This action is very unacceptable. I have never used and bring pink nail polish or similar products throughout the trip in Australia. In addition, I have gotten the light blue acrylic nails in Nov 2016 in my wedding, so apparently the pink nail polish does not belong to me. No one has ever spoken to us about the “damage” on the day we checked out, nor the following days. Then I received an email a week later accusing me to be the one who damage the sofa. If the marks are made by us, the cleaning staffs should be able to see it by 15 November and raise the question immediately. These timeframe is a reasonable doubt that the "damage" mentioned in the email are made by someone else after our stay. To proof the above statement, I asked them to check the security cameras if any. We via email to discuss the above matter, finally they will not charge us. However, we will not visit again.

The hotel location for me is excellent as it is easy to access under such reasonable price. The cleanness of room is not okay as there were dirt spots on quit and all everyday towels had dirt spots in red or brown color. Most bad impression was the internet usage. In this 21 advanced technology century, the internet should be common in society or hotel. We expected that unlimited usage was provided as without any specific note was mentioned in the hotel booking page. But we was told that only 250MB per day allowed, including upload and download data. Once you opened the icloud auto-backup service, I guess you all be easy to use it up quickly no matter how many data you should be allowed. Suggested that hotel.com should mention this point for customer to beware of it.

房間很大、房內設施很多，離市區很近卻又很安靜的飯店。櫃檯有一位會講中文的，對我們幫助很大!

酒店位置很好，距离码头很近，晚上可以看到晚霞和超大的蝙蝠，有一棵树上全是鹦鹉，据说整个凯恩斯的鹦鹉都会来到这棵树，距离人工泳池也很近，晚上可以带孩子去玩水，旁边有个吃中餐的地方，一个盘子随便加菜

Our experience at this hotel was just ok. Bed was clean but rest of room was average. Room was very small and fittings were old. Didnt really interact with staff as we checked in late - no 24hr reception

The overall location was ok as it was close to casino and other facilities however on arrival was told i had to pay extra to park on the premises carpark. I reluctantly agreed to then be told they did not have any room left anyway. We were given the key to our room and it was locked out from the elevator so had to return and have that rectified. Room itself was extremely small for the price i paid. I dont think i will be returning.

Super friendly and efficient staff. We had stayed at this location previously and knew what to expect facility and ammenities wise. But pleased see that care for quests and all other aspects of the property remain at a high standard.
