除了大堂外，電梯很臭，走道很臭，被分到的房間像是別人剛退房都沒清的臭味+大麻味，後來到大堂要求要換房間，原本還不願意給我們換，態度很差，我們最後要求直接退房後，才給我們換到正常的房間。

环境不错 很适合来Olympic Park参加展会的各位

不错的酒店，安静、整洁、早餐不错，周围的环境很好。

Not the usual standard we expect to see at the Pullman. Two single beds shoved together with no topper, limited pillow, small rooms. Not sure what’s happened over the years or we were just given a crappy room

Perfect location for an event at Accor stadium. Staff were excellent, and they charged my EV overnight.

First room didnt have bath tub but this was cause i said that i need accessible room. The staff were really good but when we dod get the room with bath there was no hot water untill 1am in morning. I was disappointed in the lack of facilities available from pullman and the facilities around olympic park area. Like macdonalds wasnt open past 11pm and there is nothing open when we walking around. The place looks dead and the actual room was not worth 500 a night and pretty much looked like it had been renovated cheaply to cut cost in refurbishing an old hotel. Or straight out being ripped off is what i think is going on. Cause ive stayed at other hotels cheaper with better facilities.

Great service ,friendly staff, clean rooms ,in house restaurant, close to everything , definetly stay again .

Comfortable bed and room, excellent blockout curtains. Foxtel and daily fresh bottled water a bonus.

The service from staff was incredibly helpful as befits a 5 star hotel. The location was very convenient for visiting the stadium.

ACCORスタジアムでのラグビーリーグ観戦のため2泊しました。 スタジアムへは徒歩数分、試合の日はキッチンカーがたくさん来ます。 周囲にもカフェやレストランもあり、便利です。 何よりも22時に終わる試合の後、すぐにホテルに戻れるのが楽で良いです。

The room was a little worn but was a very practical location for event at Olympic Park. We ordered our pillows from the pillow menu however unfortunately were never delivered.

All of my family commented that the staff were friendly, helpful and looked professional.

Great hotel

The Pullman was really enjoyable to stay at. Most of all I found the staff so friendly and helpful, was a real pleasure having such a friendly helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was a bit tired, however, it was clean and tidy. Would recommend the Pullman for anyone wanting to stay.
