We were very happy with our adjoining rooms.
About 4 minutes walk to the station and supermarket A number of places to eat in the complex. Also close to the venue where the hip hop competition took place.

It was the little things that make a stay so much nicer: a power point next to each side of the bed, opening windows, a quilt that was not overly warm at night on the lowest aircon setting. The interconnecting room was great for our teen children. Shops and metro station a short walk away. Bed was firm but not uncomfortably so.

Everything is quite ok. Only free wifi provided is having very narrow bandwidth (relatively slow). Also, the mattress and pillows are too soft. Other than the above, very good service as they allow us to have early check in at 12pm without additional charges.

We were put in a room fitted out for a wheelchair which made us feel a bit uncomfortable at first because it did not mention anything about what we would find in the apartment when we booked. It felt like you may have accidentally put us in a room instead of someone who needed all the aids. But when noone came knocking we felt a bit better. The apartment was clean enough but on the 2nd day we realised there was no toilet paper. The flush button on the toilet was broken. The beds were comfortable & clean. Reception was quite disappointing, the lady who booked us in was not personable, no smile or direction on what she needed from us. No conversation, never asked if we have stayed before. We regularly stay in apartments from Melbourne, Sydney to Queensland & this was one of very few check ins where we felt like it didnt matter whether we were there to check in & stay or not. There is a lot of possible improvement for this property, even down to the welcome letter which is definitely not written in a friendly, welcoming fashion but more of a stern rebuke to guests to be careful & clean & attend to the cleaning of the room.
