Love the interior decorating and service at this hotel. Everything was fabulous. If you are visiting perth this is a great place to locate yourself. Very close to transport and all the inner city entertainment ❤️

It was supposed to be a simple check-in, but the service was very bad. They had already paid the full amount on Hotel.com, but the hotel still collected money at the checkout. They operated the management system of the hotel unprofessional, and even said they didn't see the payment information, which was very disgusting. The lighting of the room is very poor and very dim, the whole facilities are not well equipped, the bath is very uncomfortable, the two single beds are very small, and the mattresses are very soft, so it is required to change, saying that there is no extra room to provide, in short, this hotel is not professional and will not come back ~！！

酒店位於市中心的購物街上，到各商場，食店及超市也非常方便. 步行到碼頭也只是10分鐘左右，地理位置優越！床非常舒適，但淋浴的地方沒有門阻隔，水花很容易就灑到洗手盆的位置，淋浴時要就著位置洗澡，這個很不方便，除此之外也不錯！

很新很乾淨，但全房燈光太昏暗，包括厠所燈也是昏黃的。
小雪櫃的位置2/3也是放滿收費飲料，真是可以放的位置剩下不多。
雙床房來說，每張床實在小了點，比日本的還小呢！
總共住了12晩，但房間清潔每日的準則不一，有時沒有淸理垃圾筒、有時會沒加沐浴乳、有時是沒有換地墊，有一天居然放在廁所的梳洗物品全部被推平，感覺不舒服。
原來栢斯蠻多路宿者，酒店附近也有不少。
順帶一提酒店頂層有酒吧的關係，很多不是住客的人出入。
總括而言這是一間型格酒店，不大適合家庭旅客。

This hotel was clean, and central to Perth CBD.
However, the room design was poor. It prioritised "trendy" over useful. The bathroom had sliding doors over the sink and into the bedroom for unknown reasons. However it lacked ventilation, or a door on the toilet.
There were so many ornamental pillows that made it impossible to use space in the room.
The entire mini bar and bench on-top of it was consumed by the junk they tried to sell-off, which meant you had enough room in the fridge for about 1 water bottle.
When I asked them for amenities for a toddler (e.g. a toilet seat, nappy bin, etc like we've had at other hotels) they seemed confused and offered us chocolates.
If you need to be in the city for a night or 2 on your own, this is fine. If you're planning a longer stay in perth or are travelling with kids - then look somewhere else.

Perfect location, close to the CBD of Perth. Rooms are well appointed. Not sure if it was just our room but when others would come or go from their room, it would rattle the door, pretty loudly too. It sounded like someone was trying to enter the room but was just from others closing their doors. Besides that annoyance, all good. And also they have Kevin Murphy products! 😍
