時尚，位置很棒

It was supposed to be a simple check-in, but the service was very bad. They had already paid the full amount on Hotel.com, but the hotel still collected money at the checkout. They operated the management system of the hotel unprofessional, and even said they didn't see the payment information, which was very disgusting. The lighting of the room is very poor and very dim, the whole facilities are not well equipped, the bath is very uncomfortable, the two single beds are very small, and the mattresses are very soft, so it is required to change, saying that there is no extra room to provide, in short, this hotel is not professional and will not come back ~！！

Very good accommodation experience, but unfortunately there is hair on the bathrobe, which can be improved. 很好的住宿體驗，但不幸的是，浴袍上有頭髮，可以改善。

房間燈光較昏暗，沒有書桌，較不適合商務客

酒店位於市中心的購物街上，到各商場，食店及超市也非常方便. 步行到碼頭也只是10分鐘左右，地理位置優越！床非常舒適，但淋浴的地方沒有門阻隔，水花很容易就灑到洗手盆的位置，淋浴時要就著位置洗澡，這個很不方便，除此之外也不錯！

很新很乾淨，但全房燈光太昏暗，包括厠所燈也是昏黃的。 小雪櫃的位置2/3也是放滿收費飲料，真是可以放的位置剩下不多。 雙床房來說，每張床實在小了點，比日本的還小呢！ 總共住了12晩，但房間清潔每日的準則不一，有時沒有淸理垃圾筒、有時會沒加沐浴乳、有時是沒有換地墊，有一天居然放在廁所的梳洗物品全部被推平，感覺不舒服。 原來栢斯蠻多路宿者，酒店附近也有不少。 順帶一提酒店頂層有酒吧的關係，很多不是住客的人出入。 總括而言這是一間型格酒店，不大適合家庭旅客。

Nice big rooms and very convenient location. Staff let us check in an hour early without any hesitation which is always an added bonus

Room is tired; bathroom is odd with the sinks in the main room; service at the rooftop patio was poor; location in a bit of a rough neighbourhood. Definitely nowhere near a 5 star hotel.

ミネラルウォーターも、スリッパも、アメニティも無かった。

とにかくスタッフの方がとても親切。お部屋もきれいで快適。シャワーとバスタブが別なので、毎日バスタブにゆっくりつかることができました。朝食は食べていないのでわかりませんが、立地がよく、観光は徒歩圏内。駅もとても近く楽でした。エリザベスキーも歩いて行けるので年越し花火もバッチリみれました!!　いいホテルです。

Room was good (unfortunately our request for a higher floor room couldn’t be met, but we were looked after with a bottle of nice Shiraz to celebrate our anniversary); staff were always friendly & accomodating; doesn’t have a pool, but the bar areas are both lovely, especially the rooftop; fantastic position - close to the city for shopping & the excellent public transport.

Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms and very comfortable bed. Enjoyed my stay very much. Need to improve wifi in reception however!

Friendly staff. Super easy and fast check in and out. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. Central location in CBD.

A great place to stay in the heart of Perth. The roof top bar is perfect to unwind before dinner at the Santini Restaurant located on the 4th floor.
