The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a nice cafe. The Jacob Ladder next to the hotel isca great plus.

Great Hotel in Perth. This is the best hotel I stay in AUS. Rate not expensive, but quality is greater than I pay. The facilities condition are good and new. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very Happy to stay in this hotel. I must stay this hotel if I go to Perth again.

Conformation of after hours access was not received and I could not get access to my room. Getting a refund was challenging so I will not stay there again.

Staff were great, however I don’t think I’d return to this branch of the Quest chain.

I only stayed one night so it was all I needed: clean and quiet with close easy access to Kings park via Jacob’s ladder for an early morning walk. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Well equipped apartment, clean and fresh. Staff all friendly and efficient. Lovely Vietnamese cafe onsite. We would definitely choose again.

Whilst it was a lovely clean hotel with the most attentive and courteous reception staff we found guests in the adjoining room very inconsiderate slamming doors, banging walls which affected our sleep over the whole week long stay. We also chose to only have our room serviced and towels changed once in the middle of our stay to find nothing done! When I enquired with reception they advised that there is no room service on a Sunday but there is NOWHERE in the room or hotel information guide that advised guests of that fact. Otherwise a great location for the CBD and access to public transport.

Was in walking distance of Perth CBD. Not suitable if you have a car as there isn't any onsite car parking. We had to juggle with street side parking and there weren't any vouchers available for cheaper parking at a car park.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Accommodation was perfect - just off CBD but a short walk to the Elizabeth Quay bus and train station to get connected anywhere from Yanchep in the north to as far down as Mandurah. Not a place to get a car as there are no lots, but Perth’s great transportation network did not warrant me getting one, although I usually get a car whenever I travel to Australia.

Good proximity to Ki gs Park and Mou ts Bay hospital. Parking is problematic. Kitchenette is useful. No real views. Our fridge was noisy. Friendly staff and good communications.

Staff were absolutely amazing! Genuinely care for their customers. I will definitely be back!
