I competed in the City2Surf run on the Sunday & chose the Sheraton for close proximity to the start as I am not from Sydney & not familiar with the surroundings.
The hotel & my room were beautiful. I could not find any negatives.
All the staff were so friendly & super helpful.
My only complaint would be, that when I was checking in on Saturday afternoon, there was a long line of guests waiting to check in or check out & only two staff working at the reception. People were getting frustrated at the wait times.
Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & would definitely recommend this hotel.

Prime locationa and easy access to anywhere downtown. Close to the bus stops (just opposite to the hotel) which was very convenient when we wanted to go to Bondi Beach or other places. The room was spacious and the park view was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Prime locationa and easy access to anywhere downtown. Close to the bus stops (just opposite to the hotel) which was very convenient when we wanted to go to Bondi Beach or other places. The room was spacious and the park view was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Bei einer Unterkunft dieses Kalibers sind die Erwartungen hoch. Nicht alle wurden gedeckt, bspw. wurden in meinen Zimmer die Kaffeekapseln nicht aufgefüllt und der Pool lädt leider in keiner Weise zum Verweilen ein, da es nur 2 Liegen gibt und sonst nur Stühle und Bänke. In der Sauna war Müll.
Als ich während meines Aufenthalten nach einer Bewertung gefragt wurde, habe ich die Dinge angesprochen und mir wurde prompt ein Zimmerupgrade angeboten. Stattdessen habe ich nach einem late check out gefragt und dieser wurde sehr großzügig genehmigt.
Alles andere war aber sauber und top

Easy check in and very friendly staff. Could have done with more tea bags and coffee. Having a bath in our bathroom it would have been nice to have bubble bath available. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Great location to explore from.

Our stay at the Sheraton (couple with a 6yo) was fantastic! Can’t wait to go back. Our highlight was the buffet breakfast. Huge variety, barista-made coffee, made to order omelette station, fresh juice… the list goes on! A very pleasant way to start the day.
We also loved the pool and gym area, complete with sauna, spa bath and steam room. The room itself was spacious, clean and had a luxury feel. The Sheraton is a great option if you’re looking for a comfortable CBD stay with all the trimmings!

The staff was wonderful & pleasant. Unfortunately, our room was placed facing wall, hence, made the room extremely dark. I wouldn't have stayed in the room if we were not planning to spend the afternoon out. Not enough lights even to apply a simple make up. Very Unfortunate.
