All in all an excellent hotel. Located right in the CBD within walking distance to most tourist attractions such as the harbour, the opera house, the Rock, botanic garden, art gallery, China town and others. Converted from the classical post office building, the hotel is very well decorated. The room was spacious. Service was excellent. A pleasant experience

The room was spacious for two and the staff were very helpful. The interior design of the hotel was stunning and very photogenic. The only slight complaint is that it takes a while to flush the toilet. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay.

The reception did not follow up on my request (fixing my alarm and TV). No one pick up the call at the reception after 11pm. (even I dial emergency

Great location but very dated hotel. I was informed the hotel had run out of complimentary bottled water upon arriving into my room. Closet and bar amenities were dirty. Door handle and lock were shoddily screwed on. Internet and aircon were good. Staff needs more training. I don't know how this is a 4* hotel.

Need to have more accessible power points in the room, particularly by the bedside as most people use their phone as an alarm clock these days, and it’s annoying to have to leap out of bed and across the room to turn it off.

This is usually my favorite Sydney hotel. No complaints other than when I went to my room, the toilet seat was up, there was toilet paper and pee in the toilet which means the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I did not complain as it was an easy fix and check in was between meetings on a very long work day but it was disappointing from what is normally a great place to stay. My other complaint is that I had to call the hotel to get an invoice which is a pain. Despite that, the reception was very helpful.

The Fullarton is a beautiful hotel with a unique history and all the best facilities.
Rooms are very spacious and luxurious.
Best location in Sydney and within walking distance to all the sights.
If you require car parking, there is parking available onsite but ask concierge as there are nearby options which may be better value.

Location was perfect….very central with good restaurants and transportation readily available. Buffet breakfast was sumptuous….best we have ever had. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
