Need to have more accessible power points in the room, particularly by the bedside as most people use their phone as an alarm clock these days, and it’s annoying to have to leap out of bed and across the room to turn it off.

This is usually my favorite Sydney hotel. No complaints other than when I went to my room, the toilet seat was up, there was toilet paper and pee in the toilet which means the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I did not complain as it was an easy fix and check in was between meetings on a very long work day but it was disappointing from what is normally a great place to stay. My other complaint is that I had to call the hotel to get an invoice which is a pain. Despite that, the reception was very helpful.

Rooms are very spacious and luxurious.
Best location in Sydney and within walking distance to all the sights.
If you require car parking, there is parking available onsite but ask concierge as there are nearby options which may be better value.
