I had such an amazing stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff catering my needs to the next level. Clean, spacious and has everything we needed. Location is close to everything. Very recommended.

The location is perfectly convenient. There’re good restaurants nearby. The hotel is new and clean. The upgraded river view room is excellent. You can enjoy 180° day and night view at the room balcony. Last but not least, we appreciate the professional front desk staff for their hospitality. They know well about the hotel neighbourhood and gave us nice suggestion for mid night supper.

The room had a strong odour. It was like walking into a wall of stence when you opened the front door. I think maybe an animal had pissed on the carpet and the cleaners had tried to remove the smell unsuccessfully. Other that that it was a lovely apartment.

The reception staff were pleasant and courteous. Gained a room upgrade (thanks) as the booked room was not ready. All else was good except the internet connection. The original room connection didn't work, so an alternative was provided. However, this was 'supposed' to be better, but only one appliance could be connected instead of 3.

I appreciated the full attention of the receptionist when checking in. Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest.
