Excellent location, in the city centre, within walking distance of so much. The room is a great design, spacious with very useful kitchen and dining facilities. Very comfortable for my extended stay. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. My only concern was cleaning. Room was not vacuumed over my 19 night stay, toilet and general bathroom cleanliness not great.

Information supplied by the Hotel not Honest. I phone and inquired about the Hotel and the Room was not told if you have a pet you are only allocated the first or second floor. When I discussed this with the reception staff he was very argumentative. Why this is not advised on their website or when I phoned about the room. Poor Information. Though the Room was clean and quiet the sheets do not fit the bed so after 1 night you are sleeping on a mattress with no mattress protection. No hair dryer in the room and no supplies for your pet with bowls for food or water. Luckily we brought our own. Again this was not mentioned on the website or via Phone . Very poor communication .

I obviously checked in on a bad day, the first room we had was dirty, the second room we had not been cleaned accepted the bed was made. Informed reception staff that the toilet seat was up and had faeces in the toilet.The shower screen was dirty, the bins were full and the kitchen sink had coffee in it. We went out for dinner so the housekeeper could clean the room that we’re in. The front desk staff were lovely and gave us free minibar and I really felt bad for them. For 4.5 star hotel, I would’ve expected that all the rooms were inspected prior to guest arrival. Also, the TV was not a smart TV, a few free to air channels or movies that you have to pay for? Really disappointing as I have stayed previously.

Great hotel in a very central location, close to metro, bars, restaurants and parks. The hotel itself is modern, very clean and comfortable. I was on a work trip and had a 1 bed apartment which even had it's own desk space and there's also a co-work space in the basement.

Always have a nice stay at The Sebel Canberra with a self-contained kitchenette, smooth check-in and great location close to everything around Civic.

Great accommodation, clean, great location

When we got to our room the bathroom towel had blood on it. We took it to the reception and complained about it and they did nothing about it. The room was supposed to have a balcony but we didn’t get it. They said paid parking is five minutes away and they give you a voucher to pay maximum but got charged more

Great hotel with an excellent Italian-Japanese fusion restaurant downstairs! Room was just lovely, plenty of room and very comfy bed and pillows. Very good amenities and reasonably priced minibar. Clean, fresh and quiet. Everything is walkable- 4-5 min to Canberra Centre and the other direction is an awesome steak place. 8-10min walk away is the Main Street in Braddon with heaps of bars, cafes, shopping and restaurants. Happy to stay here again and would recommend to anyone coming thru Canberra.
